Chapter 25

I woke up this morning all freshened up it was another day at the office,oh wait I'm on vacation Woohoo! That means I don't have to see Mr angry bird but I'll miss my Luna that's okay because I can call her any time,she has office hours tho. I've got my dad's side cousins and it's been a long time since we met i mean more like 2 weeks lol coz I met em bfr during the eid holidays and now I'm back.

It felt so nice,so relaxing to uk breathe fresh air again rather than being all clamped up in the office,it's a cool office but still this feeling is different and since today is all about fun we all cousins decided that we'll be going out to a restaurant named "Le Petit Four"
It's a pretty restaurant and it's got amazing food there especially the desserts are top notch but uk me i go there for pics coz there's a beautiful outdoor photoshoot place.

I quickly took a shower,got dressed and went to have breakfast,it was ramen today since ruqi insisted that we had it,you might think why didn't our parents say no well that's coz uk how little ones with their adoring eyes get whatever they went coz in our house it's ruqi i mean i too get spoiled but she uk well forget it back to our outing,i put on my Abaya, its one of my fav it's a coral pink one.

It took us around 20 minutes to reach there, along with me and ruqi were our 2 cousins , i had some eclairs coz I was craving for some sweet along with a mochi donut,the others just randomly got something and for the drinks i went for a caremel frap,and the other got some different flavours of frap except ruqi,she got a peach tea.

After all the munching we decided to take some photos and as the professional photographer she is aka miss ruqi once again has made me proud with her photo skills coz guess who's got a good pic fr their dp thats meeee!, after that we left for the beach we decided to get down 500m bfr the beach coz the best part of the beach is the walk and yes we enjoyed alot,it reminded me of my little self andi thought the line "how fast we grow old na,we don't even know when time flies off, So when there's time make the full of it".

I didn't know when time went by so fast,it was already evening and we had to return home or else Dad would scold me coz he doesn't allow us to stay outdoors in the evening so we took the cab and left for home as soon as I reached i was greeted by my 8 cats yeah I do take em everytime I go for vacation, usually it's 10 of em but I had to give one way to my colleague and the other one I think idr quite well coz it was I think 2-3 months back.

We reached home around 6:15,it was so tiring that i decided to take rest the rest of the day,i think 2hrs later i woke up,it was already dinner time and mom had prepared some hot mac and cheese along with my fav mojito,we all decided to watch some movie,it was beauty and the beast ruqi's fav,we were so hungry we are so fast and yet the movie was not even half way through so we planned on finishing the movie bfr doing anything else around 10:30 the movie got over and we all went to our bedrooms to sleep,all the cousins clamped in a room coz the other room was occupied by the cats.

Mrng around 5:30,mom woke up up for fajar prayer,i was feeling a Lil lazy but salah is first priority so i quickly got up prayed salah and then laid back again but wasn't sleepy so I called Zara usually she's on her morning run but idk if she goes now,so I did call her and she picked up,she informed me that zayan had to attend a buisness meeting abroad and he was leaving today afternoon, he'll be back in 2 weeks,i could sense a little sadness in her voice so the sudden idea popped in my mind.

I called Zara again and asked her if she wanted to come over to pondy,might as well give her my house tour,she replied she'll ask her husband and his parents and let me know after sometime she called back saying yes that she would be coming next week and that zaid is dropping her,ah how come i forgot Mr Angry bird. For once i thought I won't have to see him for straight up 10 days but look at fate he's literally coming tmrw,i was so lost in thoughts i forgot Zara was on call, i said okey and cut the call.

Today it was about going to the Beach and later on in the evening we'll go to the park so i decided to wear something simple and went for a red shade Abaya with white hijab and ruqi went for a green abaya

The beach is in walkable distance so we all decided we'd walk till there,we took the cats as well for the walk,the kittens stayed at home,we made some sand castles,the best part get wet in the water,it was so fun that i forgot all the work stuff that had to be completed,i could have done work from home but it's only 10 days I'll try catching up In sha Allah. After that we all went to the park in the evening,we did some walking,had some junk food especially the spring potato,so good yaar

And just like that 10 days became 7 days and tomorrow Zara will be arriving,can't wait, I've got so much planned on our bucket list and at least 50 of them should be completed.
