Finally all wedding preparations were made,from the past 1.5 months we've been constantly shopping for decor,the dresses and guess what I've gotten invites from both the bride and the groom.
I'm almost 4 months now,I've been going for my regular checkups as well and the wedding is on so nobody can stop me from enjoying my bestie's wedding,on that note I gotta call her and ask her what she's doing.
So ik you won't believe me but trust me past month felt like forever and now that I look at it,it's gone too fast,it feels like yesterday where i met zayan and now we're married and soon to be parents.
Time sure flies fast,i called zaynab and she instantly picked it up, probably she was scrolling reels on insta,i asked her what she was doing,she was preparing for the haldi and mehendi as well.
Cool,I'll be joining you after lunch,as I've got some preparations to be done here,see ya.i had a few gifts that had to be wrapped, yesterday zayan and zaid helped me pack some and yet few are left today.
After what felt like an hour,i was done with all the packing,in middle zohra and zaid came to help and my husband was nowhere to be seen,oh wait actually i didn't see him since morning,where could he be?
I went downstairs and asked mom where he was? She replied he's gone for grocery shopping as he's planning to prepare today's lunch! Fantastic i replied finally after months I'm trying his cooking again and i must say it's deeelicious.
Soon zayan returned and he was busy cooking while me and zohra and zaid as usual were disturbing zayan coz we didn't have any other work to do and zayan being zayan he didn't bother one bit.
Soon lunch was served and my god it was so gooood,I could have this over and over again,it's one of the best dish made by zayan.
As soon as we were done with lunch,we all went to get ready for the haldi,zaid's haldi was at home while Zaynab's was at her place so I'll attend here and then go.
Me and zayan were matching, i wore this yellow and white anarkali while he wore this beautiful white kurta to match with me,How sweet of him.
