We walked into The Crooked Man's office. "Hello, Bigby. Y/n. You look tired." He said.
"Give me one good reason not to rip you apart right now." Bigby said in a stern voice. The Crooked Man turned and pointed a gun at Bigby's head. Bigby out his arm out in front of me. "This gun holds six rounds of specially designed silver bullets." The Crooked Man told us. Bigby lowered his arm and slowly approached him. I did too. "Now, i may not be the best shot... but i can guarantee at least one bolt sill meet its mark. And you'll find yourself on the floor in agony with your undersheriff watching you die." He said. We both stopped. "Before you do anything with me, I thought I should point out a few things. Snow White wants you to bring me back to The Woodlands, doesn't she?"
"That's the plan." Bigby said. "But what happens when you get there is a different story."
"All i ask for is a chance to speak for myself In front of the community." The Crooked Man said.
"Why would you want to go there? Everyone there will be calling for your execution." I asked him. Me and Bigby stepped forward again.
"No need for us to be at each other's throats here." The Crooked Man said. Funny how he's pointing a loaded gun at us as he says that. "I'm not a killer. I'm a businessman."
"We believe Georgie." I told him. "He told us what happened before he died, so leave him out."
"He's dead? Well then, the killer's been dealt with. So shall we get going?" Crooked Man said. Bigby looked at me. He exhaled. "Alright, let's go. Hand over the gun." Bigby told him.
"I think I'll hang onto it." The Crooked Man said. We didn't move. "Fine." He said. He dropped the gun. Bigby handcuffed him. "You will be given a trial, and then your punishment will follow." Bigby told him. I picked up the gun.

We walked down to The Witching Well Chamber to see more than Snow and Bluebeard. Gren, Holly, Lawrence, Beast, Beauty, Johann, and Greenleaf were here too. Gren spit on The Crooked Man as he walked past. "You did well, Sheriff." Snow said. "I'm glad you both made it back in one piece."
"Now throw this asshole down the fuckin' well!" Gren said. Everyone started berating The Crooked Man. "Everyone!" Snow exclaimed. "Given the circumstances, i thought we should do this as soon as possible." She said. "The Crooked Man is charged with murder of-"
"As I already explained to them, Mr Georgie Porgie killed those women, not me." The Crooked Man interrupted.
"You made the call!" Bigby said.
"And he's already gone. He told us the truth. He was also a victim." I told everyone.
"This doesn't change anything." Snow said.
"I have my rights, Miss White." The Crooked Man argued.
"Let her finish, then you talk." Bigby said. Snow started to read the charges against The Crooked Man. "You are charged with the murder of Faith and Lily, which Georgie carried out on your order, inciting violence against various members of Fabletown, including the attempted murder of Sheriff Bigby Wolf and Undersheriff Y/n L/n." Snow read.
"Twice." Bigby said.
"Aiding and providing monetary support for the forced prostitution at the Pudding N Pie. Additionally, multiple counts of fraud, extortion, racketeering, and the illegal possession and sale of magical artifacts." Snow resd.
"And resisting arrest." Bigby added.
"Right." Snow confirmed. "If all charges are proven, then are enough to justify death, upon which your body will be committed to the Witching Well." We all stood in front of him as Bigby uncuffed him. "You have the floor." Snow told The Crooked Man.
"And i ask you to skip straight to your point." I asked.
"Thank you, Miss White. Georgie was working for me, yes, but he was not acting on my behalf when he killed those women." The Crooked Man told us.
"If you were so offended by it, why'd you cover it up then?" Bigby asked.
"I never tried to cover his criminal activity up. And when you two arrived at my door last night, wasn't I more than helpful?" The Crooked Man asked.
"Helpful? Your guys almost killed us!" I yelled.
"And I'm sorry about that. My employees are just hired help. They are not my slaves. They are free to make their own choices." The Crooked Man said.
"You're not serious!" Lawrence boomed. "I know what you do to people, i seen it first hand! What you did to Faith! The way you manipulated her! Do you really think any of those girls were free!"
"I'm sorry, Lawrence, that your wife came to me for help and I'm sorry i decided against my best judgement to give her a distasteful job." The Crooked Man told Lawrence. "All i did was offer to assist when The Business Office left you. What about Auntie Greenleaf? Her story is not uncommon. She left everything she had in the Homelands. She came to me for help and what did I do for you?"
"You got my tree back. But they burned it." Greenleaf said.
"Hold up! We burned it because its magic helped Crane and The Crooked Man. Don't blame Snow for this." I said.
"We've made mistakes. I've made mistakes. But believe me, I truly want whats best for Fabletown." Snow said. Bigby and I stood by her side. "That may not be clear right away, bur I want you all to know that I care deeply for all of you. And so does Bigby and Y/n. We can't promise perfection but we'll have your best interests at heart."
"Things haven't been great for a while now... but we'll do better at protecting you from people like him." Bigby said.
"He never truly cared for any of you. He just cared about your obedience and money." I said. Beast came by our side. "They're right."
"You're all still afraid of him. But you needn't be." Snow started. Everyone came to our side. Even Greenleaf. "His contamination is over."
The Crooked Man clapped. "Very good, very good. But your Sheriffs simply don't have a particle of evidence linking me to the murders."
"Bigby got a confession that-"
"A confession no one but Y/n heard." The Crooked Man said. "It sounds like what you're saying is I'm responsible for Georgie's actions. Shouldn't Miss White be held accountable for Bigby's, then? Like beating Tweedle Dee under her watch?"
"Crane was still deputy mayor!" I said.
"Oh right. Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference."
"Thats enough." Snow said. Now she was definitely pissed off.
"Bigby! Miss White!" We heard. It was Nerissa. "I wanted to make sure I could say something."
"If she has something to say, we're gonna listen." Bigby said.
"O-of course. Go ahead." I told her. We all listened. Nerissa faced The Crooked Man with a smile. "You probably don't remember me. I don't know why I was afraid to come here. You enslaved us for years. Let us hear storied about what you'd do if we stepped a toe out of line, and we couldn't say anything about it because of these damn ribbons!" She told The Crooked Man.
"How are you..."
"I found Vivian's body! Did he kill her?" She asked us.
"No. She wanted you free and killed herself." I told Nerissa.
"I don't know if I know-"
"Nerissa!" She said, interrupting The Crooked Man. "My name is Nerissa! The Crooked Man ordered them dead! Faith and Lily. I was in the goddamn room when he did it."
"You're gonna believe a stupid..."
"At least five other girls will back me up on this!" Nerissa told him.
"This confirms it." I said.
"Good enough for me." Bigby said.
"Me too." Snow added. Bigby cuffed The Crooked Man.
"Throw him down the well!" Johann said.
"That's too easy! He's gotta pay!" Gren yelled.
"Listen to yourselves! We could lock him away forever and use magic to keep him locked up." Greenleaf said.
"Thats not good enough!" Bluebeard told her.
"Everyone! We're having trouble figuring out a suitable punishment." Snow said.
"Let's do a vote. Make it democratic." I said.
"That won't work. We would have trouble agreeing." Snow mentioned.
"What about Bigby and Y/n? They should be the one. Bigby's the only official representative." Nerissa said.
"It's what the people want." Bluebeard said.
"Okay. Mr Wolf, Mr L/n, your call. Do what you think is right." Snow told us. Me and Bigby stepped aside. "I say we should lock him up." I said. "Greenleaf can help with the magic part of that."
"Okay. We'll lock him up." Bigby said. We went back to the group. "Everyone, we're..."
The Crooked Man punched me down and the gun fell out of my pocket. "Not like this!" He said as he put his cuffs around Bigby's neck and started backing up towards the Witching Well. "Bigby!" I exclaimed. I grabbed the gun and aimed at The Crooked Man's leg. I pulled the trigger and shot him in the knee. Bigby broke the cuffs and punched The Crooked Man. I approached Bigby and The Crooked Man. I looked at Bigby. He nodded. "Between us, we were gonna let you live." Bigby told him. "Finish him, Y/n." I pulled out the gun. "You have no one but yourself to blame for this." I told him. I pulled the trigger and put a bullet in The Crooked Man's skull. Bigby dropped his lifeless corpse down the well.

It's finally over.
