𝐇𝐀𝐆𝐆𝐀𝐑𝐃, 𝐔𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐘 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐒 quivered from Y/N's trembling lips as they awoke in a frenzy. Somehow, even after being unconscious for three days, everything that had occurred previously remained fresh in their mind. The snippets of what Dottore did to them and their brother tormented their thoughts relentlessly, clawing at the walls of their brain.

Their chest heaved as they glanced around to make at least some sense of their surroundings. Various medical equipment was scattered around along with many different machines that Y/N would rather not think about.

Their body felt heavy, as if a ton of bricks had been piled onto them all at once. They could hardly breathe, the atmosphere of the makeshift lab they found themselves in restricting the air fighting within their lungs. Every limb on their body hurt, a burning sensation shooting up them if they dared try to move an inch.

The Doctor was nowhere to be seen as of present, which caused Y/N to panic even more than they already were. They had spent enough time with the male to know that he was utterly unpredictable. For all they knew, he could just appear out of thin air and torment them till no end. They shuddered at the thought.

Shifting their eyes up slightly, Y/N noticed that their wrists were bound to the poles of what seemed to be a medical bed. Bruises and gashes were painted on their hands, trailing up to the upper part of their arm. How these wounds got there, however, was unknown. Their sore eyes flittered downwards after, seeing that their ankles had also been bound to the poles of the bed by large chains.

Wait.

Their breath hitched in their throat, a sick and horrified feeling seeping through their veins. Y/N closed their eyes instantly, chanting over and over, praying to the Archons above that this whole ordeal was another one of their consistent nightmares.

This couldn't possibly be true... They thought after a sharp breath, hesitantly opening their eyes again. Their heart sank as the familiar feeling of fear greeted them.

Upon opening their eyes, Y/N saw that there appeared to be a faint purple glimmer emerging from their chest. As they focused their hazy vision, they grew rigged; frozen in utter horror. Their mind went blank and the only thing they were able to hear was the rapid pounding of their heart along with their trembling breaths.

A gnosis was evident within Y/N's chest, implanted in a section carved out right beside their heart. It shone underneath their skin, pulsing through their bloodstream.

Y/N didn't know what to do.

Just how would somebody react upon waking up after being unconscious for three days, only to find that The Electro Archon's gnosis had been implanted into their very being?

A yell of sheer panic and horror tore from Y/N's lips as the sickening situation slowly sunk in. They thrashed around on the bed, not caring in the slightest that their limbs were screaming in pain. They were desperate for a release of some kind. Something. Anything.
