JO HAD QUICKLY ARRIVED AT THE HOSPITAL, quicker than she'd thought she would. She had changed into her scrubs and began her search for an attending. She turned a corner and ran right into Jackson.

"I'm so sor–" he paused when he noticed it was Jo, "I have to talk to you." He said, placing a gentle but firm grip on her arm and dragged her into the closest supply closet.

Jo yanked her arm out of his grip, "Ow, what's your problem?"

"Gisele. Where is she?"

"She's at home."

"How long since she's been back? And please dont lie to me."

"She just got back," Jo said, "With the babies and she said wants to talk with you, figure the situation out."

Jackson scowled, in disbelief that Gisele couldn't communicate with him herself, "She couldn't have picked up the phone and called me?"

Jo rolled her eyes, she already had to deal with her own drama and no matter how much she loved Gisele, she wouldn't deal with Jackson any longer today, "She just got back into the country, with three babies. Gisele doesn't really have a lot of free time these days. If you'll excuse me, I have to get back to work."

Jo shoved past the plastic surgeon and exited the supply closet, leaving Jackson by himself.

Three babies, he was now a father to four newborns.

He let out a long breath as he rubbed his face, then pulled out his phone from his coat pocket and sent a quick message to Bailey informing her, he would be rearranging his schedule to take care of a personal issues.

Gisele had just finished putting the third (and last baby) down to sleep, the three babies were driving her insane, as soon as she put one to sleep another would wake up. She was starting to run out of patience. She glanced down at her watch and saw that it was barley nine in the morning.

She let out a huff before falling back onto the couch, reveling in the quiet, Gisele laid her head back and closed her eyes. Choosing to take a quick nap before one of the babies inevitably woke up.

But the universe hated her, so she wouldn't be getting her nap.

There was a knock at the door, and it was not any normal neighborly knock, no. It was as if SWAT was at the door pounding at the door, and they were trying to serve a warrant.

Gisele cried out as she jumped to her feet, knowing if she didn't get to the door to stop the person's incessant pounding before they woke up the babies. Finally, she reached the door, wrapped her hand around the handle and swung the door open.

"Shut. The. Fuck. Up." She swore, not caring who was on the other side of the door. Gisele was a little shocked to see Jackson standing right in front of her, "What the hell is wrong with you?"

That seemed to anger the plastic surgeon more, his frown lines becoming more prominent, "What's wrong with me?" he scoffed, "The fuck is wrong with you?"

Gisele scoffed, "Me? I'm not the one pounding on the fucking door like the police serving a warrant."

"Well, I'm not the one who kidnapped my babies, took them half way around the world and didn't inform their father that you were leaving the country."

Gisele couldn't help but let out a maniacal laugh, the audacity he had to say that to her face, "You're fucking kidding me, right?"

He shook his head, "I'm not."

She scoffed, "It's not kidnapping when they're literally inside of my body. And I don't have to inform you of my whereabouts."

"You do when it comes to my babies." He said, "It would've been nice to be notified of my children's birth." He yelled.

That sent Gisele over the edge, not only did she  feel overwhelmed and exhausted having to deal with the babies, now she had to deal with Jackson being a jackass once again, "You really are a jackass. Again, they were inside my fucking body, did you want me to tell Carina to cut them out of me before they were ready?"

At this point, Gisele saw a few of the surrounding neighbors were starting to poke their heads through the windows to see what the commotion was, even a few of them stepped out on their porches for a better few.

   "Of course n–"

"I didn't tell you because you were busy with April and the baby," she said, "There's also the fact that I'm a grown ass woman who doesn't need anyone's permission to go wherever the hell she wants." She yelled back not caring if the neighbors watched them.

"She doesn't when it comes to my kids."

The anger Gisele felt had reached the boiling point and she couldn't help but explode, the tears she so desperately tried to blink back had rolled down her cheeks, "You don't control me Jackson," she stated, "You aren't my boyfriend, or my husband, you are nothing to me. Just a bitter baby daddy."

   "Ex–"

"You know, it didn't seem like you cared so much about 'your kids' when they were born since you didn't show up." She knew she was being childish but she wanted to hurt him.

"Maybe I would've if their mother told me."

"I did tell you. I called after they were born, left voicemails." The all too familiar cries of the babies sounded throughout the house, "I even sent a few emails but you responded to none."

Maggie suddenly appeared by her side, "Is everything okay? I heard shouting."

  "Everything's fine." Jackson said.

Everything was clearly not fine, Maggie saw the dried tear tracks on Gisele's face, "I was asking her."

"I'm not dealing with him right now." She muttered before disappearing into the house to tend to the babies.

Jackson tried to follow after her but Maggie blocked his way, "Maybe it'd be better if you guys took some time to cool down."

"I want to see my kids."

"And you will," the heart surgeon assured him, "Gisele's not vindictive, she's not going to keep the babies from you. Just give her some space."

  "But–"

"Jackson, she's not herself right now," Maggie stated, "I'll have her call, or email, maybe even fax you later."

Jackson furrowed his brows in confusion, "Fax?"

"Goodbye Jackson." She said before closing the door in his face.

Jackson frowned, "Who faxes these days?"
