Chapter 22 I Yatch

It was a week later. It was a Saturday. 

The gang and I were on Beth's mum Yatch.

It was a hot day, so we thought it would be perfect to go on the yacht.

It was just the 6 of us and Beth's mum.

We grabbed a cooler and put in lots of sodas, water, and juices.

We were leaning on the rail, watching Mack have a turn at water skiing, each having a drink in my hand.

I took a sip out of my grape Fanta.

It was cool and bubbly in my mouth.

Soon, it was my turn to water ski.

The yacht started going, and I held on tight.

I felt the water splashing me, and the warm summer air was blowing into me.

The gang was watching me, cheering me on.

It was an hour later.

It was time we rode the jet skis.

Beth hopped onto the jet ski, and I sat down behind her. I wrapped my arms tightly around her waist to make sure I wouldn't fall off.

She turned it on and started driving at a fast pace. She screamed as we fell off. I splashed into the cool water.

"How about I drive it?" I asked Beth.

"Yeah, it's probably for the best." She said.

We hopped back on, and she wrapped her arms around my waist.

"Hold on tight," I said.

She held on tighter. I started driving slowly at 1st and then at a medium pace.

The gang was far ahead of us.

"That was my 1st time driving a jet ski."

"No wonder why we fell off then." I joked.

She laughed.

I caught up to the others. We drove together.

We did some mad doughnuts and skids.

It was an hour later.

We were back on the yacht.

Beth was sitting on a couch, and I was straddling her lap.

"I had a fun day today," I said, smiling.

"Me too." She replied, smiling.

I kissed her.

I pulled away and gently put my forehead against hers.

I pulled away and kissed her nose.

"I love you," I said, smiling.

"I love you too." She replied, smiling.
