Smiling Critters STILL continues on...

Chapter 602

Poppy felt worried, she didn't know why the factory was silent all of the sudden, normally there would be at least a little sound, even as small as a screw hitting the floor. This silence was eerie. "Something's not right..." she mumbles as she gets out of the vents and walks around the factory. "Where is everyone?" she asks herself as she walks around looking through the rooms. "Hello?" she calls out only to receive no answer. "This isn't go- AH!" Poppy screams as a hand grabs her from above and pulls her into the shadows.

Catnap watches mounted on top of his own statue in the Playcare, he lazily lays there looking over the Playcare and admiring the stillness as the construction workers all had left to who knows where. He looks up at the large dome that held the large area, it wasn't normal to say the least. He knew that this place would be different now, especially since the other critters weren't around to disturb him and his work. He couldn't speak which was upsetting to him, but then again he wasn't able to do much as the pain from his punishments from the Lynx twins was still fresh in his mind. He moved slowly and always tried to keep from moving too much, but even he knew that he was forced to walk around and stalk those who he was told to. He couldn't escape any longer as he could see that obeying the Prototype was his new life, his biddings were something that Catnap had to take on himself, he had to remain loyal to the one who claims to have saved him from himself. He wasn't sure what it meant but... Catnap wasn't stupid.

Boxy Boo walked into the train station but he didn't see anyone there even when he heard a small scream. He shrugged and started to walk into the back of the train before he safely tucked himself into his box. There he remained until it was time, he needed to wait patiently for the signal, but... even he wasn't sure what the signal was, or why the Prototype even needed his help. The plan wasn't clear to him, only Killy Willy knew the whole plan, but he didn't elaborate on anything the Prototype had told him. It was a bit infuriating but he didn't care much, he would wait patiently for his time. He had hoped Catnap was doing the same.

Mommy Longlegs sighs as she listens to the screams of Bunzo. She knew what was going on, but she could do nothing to help... she was powerless. "I'm so sorry Bunzo... but... you're apart of this now" she whispers and then walks away without any other words spoken. She hoped Bunzo would understand, but even she wasn't sure at this point. As she was making her way around though she saw the mini Huggy Wuggy clones making their way to the train station, so she decided to follow and see what they were about to do.
