Smiling Critters STILL continues on...

Chapter 651

(Crazy that it's been an entire year since writing this series...)

Dogday was livid. He felt so angry at Catnap, the stupid feline who was once his friend was nothing but a stranger now. Ever since Catnap had came to the Playcare he was different from the rest, and Dogday never cared about his differences, they made him unique and special. Even if Catnap was a problem child and kept trying to leave the Playcare at times, he never had success... never once had success... until the Prototype had come. Dogday lets out a growl thinking of the stupid creature who took his friend, to others the Prototype was a monster, a man who got carried away by his own success, a project that he had never had a chance to perfect. Dogday can't think of anything good that came from the Prototype... except that he had saved Catnap... his best friend was saved because of the one who stole him away. "PROTOTYPE YOU SON OF A BIT-"

Catnap looked towards the Prototype about what to do with his "friends" who were trying to get out of his grasp. Catnap's paw was holding down Picky Piggy as she struggled desperately to get out. Bubba seemed to accept his fate, his face was twisted in fear but he was silent nonetheless. Catnap waited for instructions from the Prototype but all he did was throw Bubba to the ground and walk off leaving Catnap with the few Smiling Critters there were left, he made his instructions clear 'do whatever you want with them' and that's what Catnap would do... Catnap looked directly at Picky as she lets out a small gasp at he feeling of the feline's giant paw start to put weight on her neck. Bubba was shocked "Catnap stop!" he screamed and tried to run over to stop the large cat from hurting his friend. Catnap was quick though, he used his hind leg to kick Bubba in the abdomen and sent him flying across the sidewalk and into a lamppost. Bubba grunts but he quickly gets up, seems the elephant was desperate to save the few friends he had left, even if the one he was saving had already cannibalized their leader/friend. Bubba ran towards Catnap and using his shoulder slammed against Catnap's hind leg causing the cat to lose balance and topple onto his side, Picky was released for a second and she and Bubba tried to run to Crafty and Kickin' but only Picky had made it since Bubba was trying to protect her from the purple feline who was getting up and swung his paw getting Bubba's legs and causing him to fall onto his face, he tried to reach for someone to help but it was too late, Catnap grabbed the elephant's hind legs and dragged him away from the hiding place, Catnap grabs Bubba's "scruff" and throws him against a lamppost, an audible crack was heard as Bubba's back made contact with the pole and he fell limp. Catnap towered over Bubba as the elephant lay there unconscious with some blood dripping out of his mouth, his eyes had turned fully black, black from all emotion as he lay there completely limp in a pile of his own blood.
