The Wrap Up/Sequel

And that's a wrap! Thank you all so, so much for supporting Betrayal & Corruption by voting, reading, commenting, and adding it to your libraries! It was a blast to create one of the first successful stories on this account! I didn't think this had gotten really popular despite it looking like crap. Let's keep the support steadily rising! This wouldn't have made a success without all of you, so I'm dedicating the Epilogue to every reader, voter, commenter, and to those who've added this to their lists. I can't thank you all enough! *Bows*

If any of you would like to stick around for a quick rant, be my guest because I've got a few things to talk about and I'm hoping not to bore you guys out too much.

First off, I'm interested in what will happen in the sequel as well. It's not that I had no idea for it since I never thought of how long the first one would become. I just... haven't planned out the whole plot (But, then again, why do so? XD), but you know how the mind works in splendid ways for a writer. Yeah, since of June 2nd years ago, the idea for the sequel came to me instantly.

It was weird and may have been used in another story by a different author; however, I liked where it was going. I'm not going to spoil the details or anything of that matter. That's locked up until the sequel's first chapter.

Second, I'm not doing weekly updates for the sequel like I did in 2014. My attempt of doing this is restricted due to the length of each chapter, how the idea fits into it for another to follow, and how much motivation it takes to get through them. My apologies to those who liked the frequent updates, but I'm just one of those people who likes to play the waiting game. It makes the updates suspenseful... unless it's an excellent book, then I can't help but be a little impatient. ^^;

Finally, I could've done better with each chapter. In the beginning, as you all have noticed by now, there's not much exposition until you get into the later chapters. That's gonna change. There's gonna be tons of revising for the beginning sections, new stuff that didn't get the chance to be implemented, and all that jazz.

And, I have an Editor to do it with! Give a round of applause to Rogue-Rook! Though it has been slow-going due to life situations, at least there were some grinding sessions before they've happened, so... we're still good! I'll have to also catch up on my revisions while doing the BATIM ones... Gonna be a discord, but worth it!

Well, I think that's about it. I've had a lot of ideas going around for other stories during this story's publication and it's been very fun to write them all! And with this being done, it can now be called a relic on this account. A crappy relic, as I like to call it! XD

There were only two questions I've found left unanswered in the entire book. I didn't have an explanation for these at the time, so I left them out until I had one.

1. Ch: 9 = DannyPhantomlovee - Why is Danny talking like that?

It was a part of the serum's side effects during the transformation. (I've been rounding up a coherent list of them.) The electronic voice just fits so well, in my opinion. I had gotten the idea of adding it in from hearing David Near doing a video about the non-cannon voice of Freddy Fazbear years ago. Not really sure if it's still up... The only hint I'm giving you is you'll get to see it again in the sequel... Possibly. Things are just messy, at the moment.

2. Ch: 15 = Midnight_Promise - Am i the only one who is like I'm gonna die if UnKnown294 doesnt update? Please tell me I'm not i mean seriously people this is one awesome book.

This was hilarious to me. I wished I could've said something about this, but I decided against it as I thought it'd be rude and just went on giggling like a maniac. XD Thanks for the compliment and no, you're not the only one thinking of that! Even I had my moments of near-death whenever I wait for my updates. :D

So that's that with the questions... Not a lot, but acceptable.

Also, this is the surprise that I've wished to give to you all: I'll be revising the series and doing a sequel.

Yeah, my original plan was just an Epilogue alone because who wouldn't want a single book without a sequel to go along with? And I thought, if the last chapter was really long, I might have had placed the rest into another chapter, kind of like a bonus chapter, but I decided to go against it. I think that rewriting this book would be nice enough because some chapters aren't long enough than the others like the few recent ones.

Also, the number of broken paragraph structures, spelling, and the what-not that litters each one... *Shivers* It's not going to change the original plot entirely. They'll just be some add-ons placed here and there like missing scenes and additional sentences.
