Two weeks later; Divorce Day.

This was the moment we were all waiting for. Well at least Harvey and I have but also my daughter Carrie. I love her to bits. I'm just so sorry that she felt like her life was just ..I don't know how to even describe it. But all here troubles between both her parents, being the child of a celebrity for that matter, plus her self confidence, all resulted to her drug abuse which breaks my heart. I want to get this over with so I can be there for my little lioness.

I stepped into the courtroom and I saw Rodger sitting at the table in the corner. I hesitantly made eye contact and looked away. About thirty minutes later, we settled our dispute, the only problem was I wanted all of my children, but Rodger only had custody of two and I had custody of Carrie. He thought he could be sneaky. I am beyond pissed. I wanted my other children, but it's not fair to me because my other two were minors and Carrie is almost eighteen so she doesn't even qualify for custody that long. After the final papers were signed, I confronted him.

"How dare you!!"

"WHAT?!" he tried to shrug me off.

"Why would you take Beth and Amy too??"

"Because Carol, you're with Harvey and the last thing you need is young children at your hands."

"Rodger, THEY'RE NOT EVEN THAT LITTLE! They're practically little women and I think they need their mother during this time."

"Carol, I'm just doing what I think is best. And besides at this point Carrie needs you the most out of all of them. She needs to go to rehab Carrie. You need to support her before she goes off the rails."

I realized he was right about that part, but everything was just ludicrous. I pushed my way past him and hurried to my car to think. I just need someone to talk to. I would talk to Carrie, but how unstable she is, I don't want her to be involved. I want to talk to Harvey, but I can't reason with him as much as I want to try. There was no one. I started driving down the street and thought of my other close friends until it finally hit me. I wasn't far away from his house. Mr. Tommy Smothers.
