Charlotte
I wake up to the smell of cinnamon rolls wafting through the apartment. Groggily wiping the sleep from my eyes, I notice a few gifts placed in front of me. I slowly get up, gathering the gifts as I make my way to the kitchen.
"Happy birthday, Char!" Mick says, wrapping his arms around me.
"Thank you," I reply, hugging him back.
"Did you do this?" I ask, pointing at the cinnamon rolls, knowing Mick is aware they're my favorite.
"No, he did," Mick says, pointing at a smiling Logan.
"You remembered?" I ask happily.
He nods, and I run over to hug him, placing the gift bags on the counter.
"Thank you, guys," I say as Logan places a cinnamon roll in front of me. I start to open my gifts, finding that Mick has gotten me another notebook, more Mercedes merch, and a few Swiss snacks I've been missing. He explains that the gift is from both him and the Mercedes team.
I smile and hug him, thanking him profusely. Then I sit back down and open Logan's gifts. One bag contains a few of my favorite snacks and some Williams merch, while the other holds a stunning floral dress.
"Thank you so much," I say as Logan comes up behind me, hugging me.
"Of course," he says, kissing my cheek.
We eat breakfast and chat before quickly getting dressed to head to the track. Once there, it becomes apparent that everyone in the paddock knows it's my birthday. There's talk among the drivers and girlfriends about which club we're going to and at what time.
I chat with some fans, receiving friendship bracelets and other cool gifts from them. Some gifts are for Logan or Mick, which I hand to them as soon as I see them chatting with Daniel. They instantly stop talking when I walk over.
"You ready for our date tonight?" Logan asks, smiling down at me as I hand him and Mick their gifts.
I nod, playing with the friendship bracelets on my wrist, along with the matching bracelet I have with Logan that he's started to wear again.
"Well, I'm going to go find Lily. You can continue whatever chat y'all were having," I say, quickly walking away.
I head to Williams hospitality and am met by Lily and Carmen.
"Happy birthday!" they say as I walk up to them.
"Thank you," I smile.
"So, you ready to party it up tonight?" Carmen asks.
I nod slightly. "Yeah, but I'm also just ready for a date night."
They nod, and we chat until it's time for the race. Lily and I watch from the garage as the energy ramps up. Logan fights hard for P10, and though he finishes just outside the points, I'm really proud of him.
Once the boys come back from media duties, I run over to congratulate both Logan and Alex.
Logan hugs me tightly, and we chat about the race as we walk to his driver's room.
"Are you ready for tonight?" he asks again.
I nod curiously. "Everyone's been asking me that today. What do y'all have planned?"
"You'll see," he says, grabbing his stuff so we can leave.
We meet up with Mick and head back to Logan's apartment. After a quick shower, I put on the dress Logan got me. Once Logan is ready, we head out for our date.
