CHAPTER 28- NATALIE

" What the hell do you mean by that? Isabella and Thomas are alive? They were buried and both their bodies.. what nonsense are you talking about!?" I snapped at her. Is she playing me? Wasting my time? Who the hell does she think she is? Now I am worried about where they are taking me.

" He has other children apart from them that no one else knows about. Ever wonder why Phoebe Wild has left the country and never looked back? It happened shortly after Violet died.. a year or two maybe? She had his twins and surprise surprise.. a boy and a girl. Ester Monique is after them too... She always knows what's going on everywhere... curious if they also possess the same strength and courage that Violet's twins possessed. She did a number on the kids when she tortured them. Do you know how they died?" she asked and I am sure I am pale as the information doesn't proceed in my brain.

" I know Isabella...she died in the hospital, her body.. chopped into so many pieces no one could tell anything...that was really.. terrible.." I manage to chock the words out. Both the kids simultaneously nod their heads.

" Thomas was hacked into two pieces." Jeremy said.

" So basically anyone who knows about William Sanchez's children being alive is falling into the red risky zone...those who are not involved in protecting them anyways." Allison says.

" Nathan didn't say anything about his cousins...the twins I mean." I say...too confused for my own good.

" That's because he doesn't know that. Victoria's only daughter's twins. She is doing hell of a job protecting them. The twins don't even know who their actual father is. Ester Monique only knows of their existence, not them personally... they are safer outside the country. Only the inner circle knows all about them." She says battling her eyes...why is she battling her eyes?

" Who is in the inner circle?" I ask her knowing she would never leak the members of whatever this inner circle is but she surprises me and shocks me.

" I am in the inner circle, Luke obviously is, he invented it, Cole is...you might have met him, he is Uncle Jamie's son, the one that gives a dangerous mischievous psychopathic vibe, Kevin Davidson.. he is the son-" she says but I complete it for her.

" Son of the Sanchez twin's previous head bodyguard, Theo Davidson who was killed by Esther Monique when she took the twins.. He is right now the CEO of the uprising security firm company called APRICITY . he is really going hot shot to become a millionaire that young and also to get engaged to..." my head shot up when I connect the dots"..to Phoebe Wild's daughter- Josephine Dunphy"

" I see...information from the net. See! I am not lying, know our role and protect who needs protection, work with complete trust and honestly" she says smiling but I recognize a hint of sarcasm and subtle mischief that i just can't pin point. as if she is enjoying something, especially when she said internet.

" Who else is in there?" I ask, trying to make the best use of time.

" Me, I am a very important person who works as a mediator" Jeremy says as he lifts his hand and smirks my way.

" So anyways. That's what's happening. I'm sure that's too much information for you to proceed with, you want me to explain to you in a simple way without any information?" she asks when she finally took notice of my pale face.

" Visualize a chess board. You are playing the black side and your opponent is the white one who striked first. They have their important pieces like the queen, bishop, rook, knight and pawn...protecting the king but the most important member is the game master who plays the moves. For our team, we have the respective roles, like knight rook and bishop who fights with big moves and sometimes sacrifice.. and there are pawns or what I'd like to call collateral damage or people to be used.. like you. Our game master is Luke...so we basically rely on him a lot.. because he is sensible and really torturing a hole but he does see and predict the future events unfolding faster and strategies on how to beat the opponent team without sacrificing much of our team. Not trying to be a narcissist but I also predict the future events quicker than Luke can ... .I just don't have that much strength to carry all the burden that Luke has" she says and the picture somewhat becomes clearer to me. the inner circle is basically the carrying out the game and strategizing while using the pawn- Oliver wild's family
