"Val, you alright?" Riley had asked as she glanced over her girlfriend, checking for any scratches.
"Fine," she mentioned dryly
"Come on, let's get you off the ice" Said the blonde pulling her to her feet as she wrapped her arms around her shoulder.
As they walked off the ice, she sat the injured girl in the benches before walking off to grab a first aid kit. She came back scanning the area and found a few scratches, tending the small cuts by cleaning and bandaging it.
"Thank you" Val said into the silence. "Your a really good girlfriend"
Riley just smiled. "It's no big deal, you help me all the time and I would never pass up a chance to help you either."
"Can I have a hug?" Asked Val
Riley got up before wrapping her arms around her figure as she hugged her back, the 2 girls embraced in each others warmth before she pulled away slowly.
"Now let's see if we can get you to the infirmary to make sure there's nothing too serious," Riley mentioned before helping val up, and guiding her to the room.
