"Riley. You alright?" Val said as she shook her friend awake.
Riley slowly opened her eyes, glancing up a little as she saw her teammate come into view.
"Stop....having" Riley spoke lowly before coming into consciousness. "V!" She said as she sat straight up bringing the girl into a hug.
"Are you alright?" She had asked the blonde bringing her into a hug.
Val was shocked, she had never seen her friend this way. She heard groaning coming from Riley's bunk before becoming fully awake and going to wake the girl as she seemed bothered.
"I-I you di-didn't make it," she said as she started hyperventilating.
"Sh Sh, it's okay. I'm right here, nothings going to happen to me, right? Calm down" she said soothing the girl as she embraced her.
Riley had slowly calmed down in the next few minutes, she was glad she had Val. The girl had always seemed to make her feel safe, and protected.
