It was late at night, and I was craving something sweet. Something that would satisfy my energy.

I got up, texting my girlfriend

Val: babe, wondering if you wanna go grab a slushieee ?

Ri: aren't you grounded 🤨

Val: ain't gonna stop me 😉

Ri: sneakyyy, I'll be waiting

Val: see you in 10 😘

Val snuck out her window, climbing down before heading out to Riley's hoping her parents wouldn't walk in and see her gone although she had left a pillow under her blanket

"Riley!" She whisper-yelled through the glass to her bedroom

She opened the window, her face lightening up as she saw Val "Coming." She threw her sweater out before jumping

Val greeted her girlfriend with a light peck on the lips as they walked hand in hand, laughing all the way to the store

As they hit the gas station they loaded up on snacks before grabbing the biggest cups for slushies

Riley smirked, glancing at her girlfriend to catch her attention "Go on ahead," Val smirked back deviously, encouraging the girl slightly

She loaded her cup up on all the flavors, quickly moving it around to catch every one. As soon as it caught the clerks attention, they giggled before running out

Val obviously left the money on the counter as they ran out before hitting the grass softly, looking up at the sky together. The night couldn't get any better.
