As I sat by the window , I felt this day was going to be a hectic one . I don't know why ,I just knew .
There are times when you know , you just feel that sensation.
The whole madam thebesa thing was going in my head a few days ago, but I decided to send a legal notice to her anyway.
After the countess was stripped of her title by the court. The days were peaceful.
I sorted it out with lia and the lady .
We would occasionally make plans to hang out .
It was a peaceful and I enjoyed it . The feeling of being with people who make you comfortable and make a grown man like me to feel all fuzzy about it , I liked it , no I loved it .
What I wondered was when will the lady's family visit the north .
There is a tradition in rodal, meeting of soon to be in laws at the male's house .
It is done in order to assure, safety for their daughter. They get a sense of security that they are not being cheated over and their daughter won't be miserable here. It's more of a surveillance .
And the fact there was no news from the lady's side was weird .
The butler came in .
"A letter has come ,it has the Rovertoles stamp"
I opened the letter.

I am writing this letter to let you know that as per the tradition the Rovertoles will visit the Striphens. I am writing it now as we are departing today we will be there in 2 days . And as a favour, please keep it a secret to my daughter.

Two days were gone in a flick .
Today was the day Rovertoles were arriving.
I summoned the lady , to welcome her parents with me .
As we were standing on the castle gate waiting for them.

I looked at Selene she was looking at me .
It was not awkward at all .
She smiled ,to which I smiled back widely.
I was loving the close people treatment by her .
Suddenly her smile faded .
"Oh god "
She put her hand on her forehead.
"What happened now " I asked her.
"I am not appropriately dressed"
I looked at her outfit ,it was appropriate according to me at least . It was a full sleeve shirt folded below her elbow. And paired with a high waist long skirt with leather boots. Her hair were set free .
All of this gave her a youthful look .
