"well it looks okay to me " I said .

"but not to my mom "                                                                                                                            but before she could go back, the sound of carriage stopped her . 

"guess, I can do nothing about it . I shall accept my fate"                                                     why was she so dramatic. not like I hated it though.

carriages stopped infront of the gate . The gate of the first carriage flung open and the duke Aden Rovertole got out . I have met him before and he was a great individual , he was the closest friend of my late father. Many times when father would be out fighting, he used to visit and I used to look up at him as my brother indulged in conversations.

He raised his hand to support the lady coming out . She was the Duchess Camalia Rovertole. The woman known to be one of the wisest , She was a top imperial Scholar.

It was kinda awesome,that everyone from Rovertole family had their own strength.

"Macaroon" suddenly a loud yell came. We looked in the direction.
It was Austin, a wide grin on his face and hands open . He swiftly came and hugged the breath Outta Selene.
"Brother, I can't breathe"
But that fool was still holding her .
Until Justin came and got him off her .
"Keep your hands off , can't you see lene can't breathe"
He said and hugged her too .
Her mom came and took her from Justin where he was just pouting at the actions , And then scanned her from head to toe to say
"Why are you thinner , lene"
"No I am not ,mum"
"Looks like I am forgotten " suddenly the duke spoke with a wide grin .
"Nope " with that Selene practically lept on her father . He swirled her around and hugged her tightly.
"We missed you sweety"
"Hmm I missed you guys too "
"Oh father ,do you know..."
First of all ,I wondered how she got the energy to always start a convo .

"That dad and daughter are like that karl ,you don't need to mind them . How have you been . " The Duchess smiled to me .
"I have been fine ,mam"
"No need to be that formal , I have always nudged you to call me aunt , but you never did . But now the circumstances are different,we are going to be a family, feel free to call me mother , hmm"
"Yes..mother"
"I knew you were always a fast learner "
"You can call me dad too " the duke smiled.
They were really accepting of me , and I wondered why ?.

Austin came and hugged me .
"It's been a while karl "
I hummed.
"It feels weird right? You will be my brother in law after the wedding "
"Yes...it is kinda awkward "
"No worries you will get accustomed"

Austin has been my greatest friend. I have never been the outgoing extrovert, it took him a year to befriend me , he is persistent. That's what makes him best . Until he is satisfied,he never gives up .

Justin went past me , he ignored me like ai never existed.
