Rudra…

Upon arriving at the venue, I was impressed to see that the decoration was up to the mark. The attention to detail and the overall presentation really set the perfect atmosphere for the event. The effort put into the decoration truly made the venue look fantastic. But my eyes were only looking for my Sunshine.

I was standing near the door with Eklavya, I told him everything because he was continuously asking and to put a full stop to all his questions I ended up telling him everything only getting teased by him.

Now I am not giving him much attention, I was looking for Aarohi when a car stopped in front of the venue and she appeared in her royal blue off-shoulder gown. My heart skipped a beat as Aarohi stepped out of the car, her radiant smile lighting up the environment. Seeing her in that stunning royal blue off-shoulder gown, I couldn't help but feel a rush of emotions, captivated by her beauty and elegance, my admiration for her grew even stronger at that moment.

She was looking sad, I don’t know why but whenever I saw her gloomy and distressed my anger started building up, wanting to destroy everything that made her sad.

I told Eklavya about her and he said to follow her and in the meantime, he will watch over the surroundings for me until I finish talking to her. We arrived at her room and waited for the right moment to find her alone.

Soon her friend and her brother left and I entered the room, locking the door behind me, I looked at her, she turned to the noise of the door and our eyes met and lost in each other’s. She had that confused, and shocked look on her face, and of course why not she didn't even expect me to be at her engagement, and especially not in her room alone.

As I approached her, I could sense the tension in the air. She turned towards me, her features a mix of confusion, concern, and perhaps a hint of frustration. The questions were there, written all over her face like a map of uncertainty

Walking close to her, she stood up from her place, turning to me with a lot of questions visible on her face, I hesitated for a moment, unsure of where to begin. Her eyes, usually warm and welcoming, now bore into mine with a piercing intensity. It was clear she wanted answers, and she wanted them now.

“Mr. Singhania, What are you doing here?” She asked impatiently.

“Wanted to see you,” I replied without breaking the eye contact. “ You are looking stunning in this gown.”

“This is not your place to come, and compliment me,” she said firmly and turned towards the mirror.

“And why so? I can come and compliment you whenever I want.” I declared, minimizing the distance between us.

I was standing behind her, she lifted her eyes only to meet mine.
