P.O.V Angelina
Vera said she was going to go downstairs to bring something for me to eat. I tried to tell her I wasn't hungry but she didn't listen.
Now there sat a full plate of food before me, two slices of pumpkin pie, a glass of water, and another of juice. The sheer abundance of the spread left me questioning whether she truly anticipated me devouring every morsel, but the aroma wafting from the pie tempted my taste buds.
I did say I wasn't going to eat anything they offered me, but Vera wasn't a 'they' so she's acceptable.
About half an hour had passed and I was full, way too full, and I hadn't even eaten it all. I only ate half of the food she gave me and probably two bites of the pumpkin pie, I did indeed drink all of my water but left the juice right there.
"Angelina, come on, a baby can eat more than that." Vera said disappointed.
Is she serious. A baby can't eat half of what she gave me. It's like she's expecting me to have a bottomless pit for a stomach.
"Vera, please I'm not hungry anymore."
Seriously I wasn't hungry, I felt more to vomit than anything else.
"Okay, okay, fine, let me carry this down then, I'll be up in a minute." She said gathering all the food I didn't get to eat, then she was out the room.

It had been almost two hours since Vera left, and I couldn't sleep, I just couldn't stop thinking. Thinking about how I messed up, thinking about why I'm here, thinking about how weird everyone was acting and most importantly thinking about my sister.
If she hasn't figured out I'm missing by now, I don't know what she's doing. And Vikor, oh gosh Vikor, he's probably worried sick. He's gonna wonder why I'm not going to show up to work tomorrow.
But maybe that's a good thing. Maybe he'll come looking for me, and I'll finally get out of here.
Suddenly this room started to feel claustrophobic so I got off my bed and headed to the door.
With each step I prayed it wasn't lock, and when I turned the doorknob.
It opened.
I took a deep breath of relief, before looking down the hallway to make sure no one was there, and to my luck it was completely empty, and dark.
Walking to stairs, I decided to sit at the top, I couldn't risk going downstairs.
"Holy shit. You scared me." I said placing a hand over my heart, "Why are you sitting in the dark."
Like seriously, does he not find that creepy?
He looked at me like I had just asked him something stupid and didn't answer my question.
