Avery pov

Cason helped me get seated right between Jake and Silas. He filled my plate up with a bunch of food I didn't even know existed and told me to start eating.

I wasn't really that hungry so I picked up my fork and started playing around with my food. I even made a dinosaur with carrots as its arms and broccoli as its head. "Why aren't you eating Avery? And don't play with your food." Silas said sternly. "But Im not hungryyyy." I whined.

"Avery. Even if you're not hungry at least just have a few more bites okay? Let's try not to waste food." Silas said. Ruffling my hair. "Okay." I whispered out. I poked the carrot from my dinosaur and ate it slowly.(sorry dino.) I then picked up the already cut steak using my fork and shoved a few pieces in my mouth. "Done." I said with my mouth full. "A few more bites, please. You're too skinny for your age Avery." "But I'm already full Silas. I can't eat anymore."

"Fine." Silas said in defeat. " but next time try eating more alright?." I nodded my head And smiled a little. The rest of my brothers were already done eating so Silas called the maids to come clean up and carried me to my room. "You wanna go to bed yet bub?" I softly shook my head and cuddled into his neck. "Aww. Wanna go look for Jake?" "Mhm!" I hummed through his neck. Silas chuckled and Carried me all the way to Jake's room.

Silas slowly pushed the door open and went inside. I would've thought he would be playing games but he was actually sleeping. "Wow. That's the first time I saw him sleep that early." Silas said. Amused.

"Bub. You wanna cuddle with him?" Silas asked me. "Yeah." I whispered out. Silas gently place me next to Jake on the bed and covered the both of us with a blanket. He gave me and Jake goodnight kisses before heading out to check on my other brothers.

I turned around and was met by a half awaken jake staring at me. I let out a whimper and almost fell out of the bed but Jake caught me. "Sorry Avery." He said pushing my head into his chest. "Ssokay" I whispered out. Jake softly patted my back and soon I was surrounded by jakes warmth's and comfort.
