Jake's  pov

The soup that Silas made was ASTONISHING!! I have never ever in my whole 14 years of lifespan tasted something that was so marvellously crafted!! Anyways. Enough with the glazing.. Avery thought it was wonderful as well. He downed 2 bowls already! Which was good since he wasn't eating much at all for the past few days.

And plus.. he would need that energy today since we're going to the one and only Empire State Building!! We've been held up for far too long in this place and need some fresh air.

I've already prepared myself while they were still eating because I'm just that excited. Finally going outside after 3 horrendous days of being stuck indoors with the aroma of vomit everywhere you go. And just the thought of the name Empire State Building made me a goody two shoes!

I can't wait to go to the top of the building! The view must be so spectacular... overlooking New York City. Some would only be able to dream of this once in their life times. And we're going there at night too! Ohh I'm so gonna brag about this to my friends!!!

I didn't know what's wrong with Jake today but he's acting all saint like. It's almost as if a kid went into him again. I can't say he wasn't already acting like this all the time but.. there's something different about him. I don't know what it is but it's good. At least that would keep him distracted from the conversation we had earlier this morning.. (I didn't write about their conversation yet. This is just like me teasing you guys with what's to come in the future)

With the rest done eating. I forced them to get ready and to dress up nicely for our departure. I can't have them all dressed up looking like modern day fashion designers clothes! Avery on the other hand needs no more changes. Other than his pants, which i replaced with a simple and plain long black baggy jeans to try and cover up his pull ups bulge.

Other than that he really looks like an actual fashion model. Maybe I should try getting him into the fashion community. He might like it, I'll think about it once we get home from the trip.

Anyhow, after everyone was done preparing. We exited the hotel and went straight back into the car. Oh right. Did I mention that Cason was STILL no where to be found? Ace told he me rented another room in another hotel in another street.. I don't get what he was trying to do but at this point it's better to just leave him be.

Ace started the car and drove out of the parking lot, where we headed for our destination. The Empire State Building.
