Aerea wanted to be alone for a little bit.

It was Sunday, Daphne was with her sister at Hogsmeade, and Aerea wasn't in the mood to be with anyone else. Even though yesterday was a lot of fun.

She decided to go to the Owleryafter wandering around the halls for hours.

She hadn't seen Aelyx in a while and was sure he wouldn't mind a visit from her.

When she got there, however, she saw Potter tying an entire ham on two school screech owls.

"I'm not even going to question it," Aerea said, walking to where she saw Aelyx sitting.

Harry jumped. "You scared me."

"Clearly," Aerea held out a treat for Aelyx to take and petted his head. "So, what are you doing here?"

Harry looked at her, confused as to why she was talking to him.

"I won't bite. I just wanted to start a conversation," Aerea said.

"Hermione and Ron are having another argument. I didn't want to stay with them," Harry answered, sending the owls away with the ham.

"I bet they will get together at the end of 7th year," Aerea said.

Harry looked at her, confused. "What?"

"They clearly like each other. They are just too oblivious to realise it," Aerea said, shrugging her shoulders.

"No, they don't... do they?" Harry said, pondering over her words. It made sense. Ron's jealousy during the Yule Ball was one of the most obvious signs.

Aerea nodded. "Its either that, or they like arguing with each other, which I doubt."

"I didn't think you paid much attention to us," Harry said, looking at the girl petting her owl.

She looked pretty, her hair was in a braid, and there were some strands forming her face. She was wearing a sweater with a pair of bell-bottom jeans, which he was surprised she owned seeing as she was raised by the most awful people Harry had ever met.

He shook his head, shaking the thought away.

"I usually don't want to, but you guys are kind of famous in school," she said sarcastically.

He rolled his eyes. "Yeah, cause we want to be famous."

"I don't know, it seems like Weasley doesn't mind it much," Aerea smirked, knowing her comment would annoy him.

"He's not like that! He just doesn't get as appreciated by his family," Harry muttered.

Aerea's eyes widened. "Oh - I - uh - I didn't know. Sorry," she didn't know why she said it. It just came out.

Harry looked up, surprise in his face. "Uh - I'll let him know?" It came out as a question.

"Don't," Aerea said quickly.

"Wasn't planning on it," he said awkwardly.

The two fell into an awkward silence. Aerea petting Aelyx and occasionally giving him a treat, and Harry looking out of the window.

"Are you scared?" Aerea asked quietly.

Harry furrowed his eyebrows. "Of what?"

"The third task. I've heard that it's the most difficult of all of them," Aerea looked at him for the first time since she sat down with Aelyx.
