"I'm telling you, Kail. These men ain't worth a damn." Taylor scoffed as we watched some show she was in love with.
It was one of those shows where people go and try to find their "True Love" or whatever. I think those shows are stupid. People can't actually believe they'll find love on a show full of fake people and hoes.
"He's cute and all but girl, she can do so much better!" She said as she shook her head in disappointment.
"T, I'm gonna take a nap. I'm kinda tired." I said before I laid my head on her shoulder. She rubbed my arm before she kissed my head.
"Ok. They're making me mad so we can watch Big Time Rush until you fall asleep." She said before she changed the channel on the TV and laid down so she was more comfortable.
"Your show is fine if you still want to watch it." I said before I yawned.
"No it's ok. I'm sick of looking at them." She said smiling. I nodded before I closed my eyes and allowed sleep to take its course.
I woke up hearing a loud banging noise. When I opened my eyes I saw nothing but darkness. I turned trying to figure out where the hell I was but I felt like I was trapped in a box.
I attempted to put my hands out in front of me but I couldn't move them. It felt like they were tied to my sides. My heart was racing and I was starting to sweat. I didn't understand what the hell was happening.
Suddenly this bright light was shining down at me. I closed my eyes on instinct, the light was blinding. I could have sworn I heard clapping and cheering but it didn't make any sense.
I slowly opened my eyes when the light seemed to dim. I gasped seeing a crowd of people staring at me with smiles on their faces.
Where the hell am I?
"Honey! They all came to see my most prized possession." I felt my heart sink hearing Tony's voice.
"W-What?" I mumbled as I struggled against the restraints on my arm.
"You didn't think you could get away from me that easily, did you?" He laughed. I couldn't see his face, but I could see his silhouette. I shivered before I closed my eyes again.
This has to be a bad dream. I'm fine. I'm totally fine, He can't hurt me here. It's all a dream. I just need to wake up.
"I told you, Kalani. The only way you leave me is death." I opened my eyes again to find myself sitting in the house of mirrors.
I hate the house of mirrors. The way every mirror makes you look like something different creeps me out. I looked around only to find that I didn't see my own reflection.
Out of the corner of my eye I saw something move, I looked quickly before I slowly rose to my feet. My heart was beating so fast I thought it would burst.
"You know what the worst thing you can do to somebody is, Kalani?" I looked around quickly and bit my lip. I have to get the hell out of here. I didn't see an exit. All I saw were mirrors.
"Answer me, honey." I felt tears streaming down my face and I wrapped my arms around myself. Why is this happening?
"ANSWER ME!" I screamed as glass shattered, cutting me in the process. It hurts like hell. But how? This is all inside my head, right? You can't feel pain in your dreams! Right?
