Ryder and Rocky worked tirelessly during the rest of the day to create new suits for the team. Now that they knew they had power in that universe, they had to make each suit fitting to the powers. During the rest of the day, everyone did their own thing. Chase took more training with Bruce, while Marshall and Zuma decided to lift weights. Skye and Everest checked out the library. Rubble walked around, doing a little bit of everything. He took a nap, watched the television, made a snack, strolled through the library, and ended the fitness area. He noticed something in the corner that piqued his interest.
"Come work out with us," Marshall called out to him.
"I'm good, but thank you," Rubble replied. "I just ate three sandwiches. If I try to work it out, we'll see it again too quickly. I think I'll try to ride that skateboard as a human."
Rubble walked over to the skateboard and got on it. Rubble started by keeping one foot planted on the board and using the other to move himself forward. Little by little, Rubble gathered enough courage to place both feet on the board. He got the hang of it fairly quickly. "It's just like riding a skateboard back home."
"Let me try," Marshall said as he got up. He ran over to Rubble, who gave him the skateboard. Marshall jumped on top of the skateboard and tried to ride forward. However, the skateboard got caught on a jump rope, sending Marshall into a rack of rolled-up yoga mats. The stand fell over, dropping mats everywhere.
"Marshall, are you okay?" Rubble asked as he helped him out.
"Yeah, yeah, just rolled from one thing to another too quickly," he replied, getting a laugh out of Rubble. He got up and looked at the mess he caused. "I'll pick it up," Marshall stated as he lifted the rack.
"I can help," Rubble said.
"No, it's okay, Rubble," Marshall answered. "It was my mess, so it's my responsibility to do it."
"Are you sure?" Rubble asked. "I don't mind helping."
"Yeah, I got it, Rubble," Marshall reassured. "Keep on riding the skateboards."
"Oh, okay," Rubble said hesitantly. Rubble walked away from Marshall and kept riding the skateboard.
The hours went by before they knew it. Rocky walked into the fitness area and looked around. Chase was the first to notice him. "Hey, Rocky," he called out. "How is it going with the suits?"
"As well as you'd expect," Rocky replied. "Ryder is finishing up some final details before sending it to the printers. They should be ready by tomorrow morning."
"That's great," Chase replied with a smile. "We will finally be ready to take down Harold and The Copycat."
A buzz resonated from behind Bruce. He turned around and realized someone was calling. "It's my wife," he said. "I have to answer this, Chase." Bruce took off his gear before answering.
Chase looked at Rocky. "Hey, do you wanna train with me?" he asked Rocky.
"I guess," Rocky replied. "How hard can it be?"
"Awesome," Chase replied. He turned to Bruce. "Bruce, is it fine if Rocky uses your gear?" Bruce gave him a thumbs-up before returning to his call.
Rocky put on the gear and got on the mattress with Chase. He lifted both his arms in a defensive position. "Keep one arm in front of your face to protect it," Chase suggested. "Bend your knees slightly. Breathe calmly, and think everything through. Lean your dominant shoulder forward, and turn your hip." Rocky did as Chase said. "Good," Chase commented. "Now, throw me a punch."
"Uh, what?" Rocky asked, confused.
"Throw a punch at me," Chase repeated.
"Are you sure?"
