Harold pressed some buttons on the dashboard of the Mayor Mobile. "I hope you did your part, Copycat," Harold said. The claw opened up and grabbed onto the logo of the tower. With a quick movement, it ripped the logo off and tossed it aside. The logo landed on the pavement by Zuma's pup house, waking him up.
"Huh?!" Zuma yelled as he woke up. "What's going on?" He ran out of his puphouse to see Harold taking the remaining crystals. The claw grabbed each crystal individually and dropped them into the vehicle's cab.
"Whoa," Zuma said. He ran towards the garage, where Rocky was working. "Rocky!" he yelled. "Come out, dude!"
Rocky opened the door and looked at Zuma. "What's going on? I'm kinda busy right now."
Zuma pointed at the Mayor Mobile as it grabbed the last crystal, causing the tower to lose power. "We have a problem."
"We need to call Ryder and let him know," Rocky said.
In the corner of his eye, Zuma noticed a blue streak passing through the town and smiled. "Something tells me they already know," he said.
Chase ran up to them, stopping two feet away from them. "Hey, are you two okay?" he asked.
"We're fine, Chase," Rocky said. "But Harold is taking the crystals."
Chase thought about it. "Ryder and the others won't be here for a bit, so it's up to us."
"We'll follow your lead, dude," Zuma said. "Right, Rocky?"
"Huh? Oh, yeah, sure," Rocky agreed.
Chase noticed something off in Rocky's tone. He didn't think much of it. "Okay, we'll need to get you both some crystals."
"Harold has them all in his vehicle," Rocky said.
"Then I'll have to grab them without Harold noticing," Chase said.
"Hey, I thought no one was here," Harold said from behind them.
"I guess that won't work anymore," Rocky stated.
"No matter, I already have the crystals," Harold exclaimed. He looked inside the garage door and noticed the new invention Rocky and Ryder were building before Rocky closed the door, but Harold already saw it. Harold started the engine and drove off.
"Not for long," Chase replied. Chase ran as fast as he could towards the Mayor Mobile. Before Harold could close the top, Chase ran in, grabbed two crystals, and took them back to Rocky and Zuma.
"This is all I could grab, but it will work for what we're doing," Chase said. Rocky and Zuma connected the crystals to their tags. "Now, we have to stop Harold before he crosses the bridge. Rocky, could you stop it from here?"
Rocky shook his head. "We're too far away."
Chase thought. "Okay, sorry in advance, then."
Both Rocky and Zuma tilted their heads sideways in confusion. "Sorry for what . . . ?" Zuma began asking but never finished his question.
Chase used his super-speed to carry them to the other side of the bridge before Harold got to them. He had to take them individually but still got there on time.
"Rocky, how about now?" Chase asked.
Rocky shook off his dizziness and pointed his paws to the large vehicle. A green aura engulfed the Mayor Mobile, stopping it in its tracks.
"Oh no, you don't," Harold said. He pressed some buttons, and metal claws popped out of either side of the vehicle. They clawed the ground, trying to get away from the pups.
"I can't hold it for long," Rocky said, strained. "Whatever you want to do, do it now."
"Zuma, find a way in and grab those crystals," Chase said. He looked to his right and noticed the others going down the mountain. Skye and the Copycat were in his vehicle. Everest drove in her snowcat with Jake on it.
"Anytime now," Rocky said.
"Okay, I'm going in," Zuma said. He allowed his body to transform into water, which moved backward as if the wind picked it up. Now in water form, Zuma entered the Mayor Mobile through a crack in the frame. As Zuma passed through the vehicle's electronics, he short-circuited some wires. The arms that dragged the car along began moving in the wrong direction before stopping. Zuma made it to the cab, grabbed the crystals, and made it back out.
"Got 'em," Zuma said.
"Great, now help Rocky with the Mayor Mobile," Chase said. Ryder and the others pulled up behind them.
Zuma extended his paw in front of him. Two columns of water rose from either side of the bridge. They met in the center, causing a whirlpool of seawater. With Rocky out of the way, the water grabbed the Mayor Mobile.
Zuma held onto the vehicle until Harold stopped trying to get away. The chocolate lab returned the water to the bay, leaving the Mayor Mobile soaked and covered in seaweed.
Harold tried turning it on, but the engine was hydro-locked due to the water. He couldn't go anywhere.
"Nice work, pups," Ryder said. "Another job well done. And great leadership, Chase."
"Thanks, but what do we do about The Copycat and Harold?" asked Chase.
They all turned towards Chase's police cruiser. The Copycat had taken the opportunity to escape. "You haven't heard the last of us, Paw Patrol," The Copycat said with a disgusted tone as he said the team's name. Using his super-speed, he ran towards Mayor Mobile, grabbed it with super-strength, and sped off.
Chase was going to run after them, but Ryder stopped him. "Let's not worry about them anymore," Ryder said. "We got the crystals back, and they returned to Foggy Bottom."
For some reason, Chase was still uneasy, but he trusted Ryder. "You got it, Ryder, sir," he said.
Ryder scratched behind Chase's head. "Thanks. Now, let's all head home. It's almost lunchtime."
