"You seem a lot cheerier than yesterday." Lola observed.
"I just feel a lot more... life... full- this afternoon! I'm not really sure-" Natalie smiled,
"Arm, please."
"Gonna leave here with battle scars, heheh." She chuckled as the needle was drawn out of her arm.
"Sure."
"Bruhh, what do I have to do, use war tactics to get out of here?" The sweet scent of pancakes wafted into her nose, quickly silencing her. "Oh, thank you!"
"Of course. Is everything okay?
"Yep, that's fine! I'm not hurting :D" Natalie chuckled, but she could feel a tingly, hot sensation under her skin. Almost itchy.
"Your sister is here to see you?"
"WOAH! YAY!" Natalie smiled, before dramatically clearing her throat. "Erm, let her in please. Uhm uhm. Woah is not acceptable here, ahem."
"Natalie?"
"SPORHSHYT!!!"
"Yeah!! Me!!" Guinevere smiled back. "Your lips seem... a little dry, no?"
"Yeahhh, but that's irrelevant, WHAT'S UP, SPORT!!"
"School was terrible. Oh it was so bad-"
"Think of one thing good that happened today."
"Nothing!"
"Oh come on, there had to be something. Meet any girls, Sport?"
"Not interested."
"You must have met some hot women today. Any guys?"
"I said I'm not interested."
"You have to make friends somewhere! Got a job yet?"
"Just stop asking, my God."
"Okay, okay! Gonna be in here for what, like, Sport, a month at most?"
"I think it'll be longer than a week, Natalie."
"EHHH, it'll be fineee, we just- do some kind of blood transfusion or something, and I leave! Smooth sailing, Sport."
"Is it really that easy?"
"Probably not, but we can dream!"
"We can dream..."
"Everything is going according to plan. Mhm. You'd better not say otherwise, Sport!"
"Everything is going, definitely. Just maybe not according to plan."
"EXCUSE ME! I'm like, the best planner! Sport, I could plan years in advance!"
"You couldn't plan something for the next hour."
"ERM, ERMMM-"
"You can't say a word."
"I think these are lies, so like, erm actually, stop llying about me, Sport."
"I speak the truth and nothing but."
"You know, you could be off doing something else, Sport."
"Or I could be here with you."
"Have you started looking at universities yet?"
"No..."
"You don't know what you wanna do?
"I mean, not particularly..."
"Well, Sport, the training wheels have to come off at some point. I can't tell you what you want all the time.
"You know me better than I know myself.
