"Cover the exits", Jack told Owen, Gwen and Winnie when they entered the club.

"Bloody hell", Gwen grabbed her head, "Like I didn't have a banging headache already."

Winnie looked at her with a worried glance. It felt strange, the imagery Gwen had brought up to describe the process of reviving people, inserted into this situation. Before she could worry any further Suzie spoke up though.

"That's the glove, Gwen. It gets inside your mind." Suzie had been given a headscarf to cover her open head and a headset to communicate with them as she and Tosh had stayed in the hub watching through CCTV and their personal body cams.

"Yeah, all right, Suzie, stop creeping me out", Gwen brushed it off, "Just tell us, any sign of Max or this Lucy Mackenzie?"

"Nothing yet", she replied, "Keep moving round."

"Keep alert, people", Jack spoke up, "To repeat. Max is described as forty, six three, six four, stocky, short dark hair, tattoo down his left arm."

Winnie looked around herself, seeing all men taller than herself, more than half of them with short dark hair and all of them with tattoos. Owen voiced her thoughts, "That narrows it down."

They wandered around for a moment, hearing Suzie and Tosh talk through their headsets, although Tosh sounded rather apprehensive, and who could blame her.

"Wait, I've got a match on that guy", Owen announced suddenly.

"Where is he?", Jack asked as they were all looking for Owen now.

"Northwest Bar."

"Show me", Suzie demanded, "Owen, get in closer. Which one do you mean?"

"Wait, he's going for the-", he faltered, "Hang on. Wait, I've got a match on our girl. Lucy Mackenzie, the student."

Seeing what Owen was seeing, Suzie told him, "That's her, that's definitely her."

"Shit", Winnie muttered, "Owen, if you see her, get her out, we'll find Max, but take her to safety."

"It's too late", he replied, "He's going over."

And then people were gasping and tumbling over near the VIP-section so the rest of Torchwood made their way there to see Owen sitting on a tall man's back, handcuffing him.

"Got the bastard."

"That isn't him", Suzie sighed, "Gwen, behind you!"

Before Gwen could even turn around Jack had appeared behind her as well, grabbing Max' hand that held a knife, ready to attack, and twisting it behind his back. He pushed him down and used his taser on him.

"That's one for Ianto. Risen Mitten, Life Knife, and that old classic stun gun", Jack spun the gun in his hand presenting it and put it back into the holster, "Come on, let's get him out of here."

"You saved my life", Gwen breathed out.

"Maybe I came back for a reason", Suzie said.

Back in the hub Gwen brought Suzie back to 'her room', the interrogation room, and Owen and Jack put Max into a cell. Winnie took a moment to just sit down and relax, seeing as the murderer had been caught so they might as well take a moment.

But as she sat, today's events replayed in her mind and she got anxious. She couldn't exactly place it so she jumped up and determinately made her way to the investigation room. Gwen was storming out of it when she came and she jumped aside to let her through before entering the room.
