3. Wedding Night
Hi guys, sorry for the late update. I was having trouble getting hold of a laptop. Thank you so so much for the response on the previous part.
Warning : Slight innuendo towards the end of the chapter.
All the machand for the day was over, Natasha was rescued by Dhawal, the correct dulhas and dulhans were married to each other, naach gaana was done and it was finally time to head home. Natasha's goodbye to her family was such an emotional one that even Dhawal had to hide his moist eyes. The grah pravesh and muh dikhai of both the brides went very eventfully. Natasha was apparently a bad omen for the family and every rasam she did was punctuated with an apshagun.
All in all, it was an eventful day. Dhawal hadn't had a moment's peace to himself to think about what was happening. He had almost gotten married to Dolly! He couldn't imagine the consequences if that had happened. He shuddered to even think about it. At that moment he realized how much he had accepted that Natasha was the one going to be in his life. When Natasha had called him in the middle of the wedding ceremony, his heart had raised upto his throat in shock! He ran as fast as he could to rescue her and when she had literally rolled into his arms, he felt himself finally relax again.
Ye Maddy ke sath life bohot happening hone wali hai ye to samajh aagya hai mujhe.
All things done, and after "The Talk" Amrish Bhai gave his brothers, it was time to head to their rooms on their wedding night.
Dhawal was feeling nervous, a bit scared and some anticipatory excitement at the same time. All the events, all the planning since the past month had led up to their wedding and now it was over. Now it was time to live the rest of their lives. As husband and wife. Natasha still hadn't signed the papers, though. He had to think of something to make her do that.
He hadn't actually come around to thinking about what would happen after they had actually gotten married. Would Natasha find out about his motive? Well, someday if Pandya store demolished due to Amrish Bhai, she would know. She wasn't dumb. She would figure it out. But what after that? Her reaction was something he didn't want to think about now. He had avoided it so far and according to Mots this wasn't something that would come up. But he wasn't entirely sure. It was best not to dwell too much on this matter.
The other thing on his mind was what Mots had talked about just now. Their future. Truth be told, he guessed he was a bit young and that was why he hadn't thought much about what his married life would be like. Him and Natasha usually bickered most of the time and he had mostly started to like her presence in his life. Ok...he kind of liked her presence a lot now. She riled him up too but that wasn't so annoying now. He kind of relished her attention these days. But he didn't know what it was like to be a husband. Mots and Bhaven Bhai seemed like they knew what they were doing...their wives listened to them and catered to them. But he couldn't imagine Natasha being that docile. She was a firework. She gave it back to him every time. He didn't know how their dynamic would work.
