"SOMEBODY CALL 911!", Kai Brent yells his husky rough voice echoing throughout the beach.

Teachers rush to the commotion most agonized at what's to come from all the noise

Screams and shrieks were heard at first but then grew quiet as her supposed best friends all walked up to the shore where everyone else was eerily watching, everyone tensed waiting for any reaction.

The faces of the 7 of them were nothing of the sort, shaken but it was as if this sight wasn't new to them.

Izzy's face contorts with hurt and pain but she masks it immediately.

Everyone was frozen staring at the pale and stiff body of Demi Contanova being shaken and given mouth-to-mouth by none other than Summer Blake.

Nothing else is heard other than the desperate breathing from Summer and the tired hot air of the Californian sun.

SUMMER BLAKE

I wake up gasping while beads of hot sweat roll down my forehead and arms.

I clutched my hand to my chest the nightmare constantly being replayed. It had been three days since the field trip.

The news headlines came much quicker this time.

"Another Wentworth High student is yet again in a coma..."

social media was blowing up on what could have possibly led up to her attempt. Bullying accusations and sexual assault were the most common assumptions.

Everyone rushed back home after the incident while Demi was left behind her soul trapped in California fighting for her life. Now we both had much more in common than we ever did before, I wouldn't be surprised if people started calling us coma sisters or some shit.

although after the incident school continued on and was resuming this Monday.

It was now Sunday and I hadn't seen Kai or my friends since the incident due to the many interviews I'd had to do and some questioning about what had happened.

Today I had plans to see everyone and I had questions for Sierra. Seeing everything unfold and remembering the warnings Demi tried to tell me has sparked something in me.

If I don't dig for any answers I have a feeling I'll regret it.

I head downstairs but abruptly stop on the last step when I see all my siblings waiting for me.

"Ugh, what now?", I question both irritated and overwhelmed.

Killian clears his throat and looks at the rest of them for some sort of validation or perhaps a boost of confidence.
