MANON TURNED HER HEAD AS THE DOORBELL RANG LOUDLY. "Who's here at seven in the morning?"
"Sam literally told you he was coming!" Madeleine groaned. "Go open it you idiot."
Manon ran over and threw the door open. "Sam!"
"Manon!" He cheered back, giving her a hug like he always did. "How are you?"
"I'm good. You here for the cat?"
"You know it, and Grey's."
"Come on then, oh hi Colby."
Manon dragged Sam into the living room where the kitten, now named Derek, was asleep. "I present, Derek Shepherd Wright."
"You named it after another Grey's character?" Colby laughed, looking to Aurelie. She blushed and nodded. "Of course you did."
Manon and Sam shared a grin when Colby sat down beside Aurelie and put his arm around her. Seeing her move on was good, really good.
"Next stop, Grey's Anatomy!" Manon then announced, earning a laugh from Gracie.
"Have fun!"
