Tsunade Retrieval Part III

Jiraiya, Meiko and Satsuki were standing in front of a bar hoping that Tsunade was in there.

So this is where Tsunade is supposed to be" Satsuki asked wondering why one of the legendary sennin was in a rundown bar.

Yes Tsunade is a drinker so wherever there is a bar you will most likely find her there" Jiraiya said as he opened the door to the bar and sure enough Tsunade and her apprentice was inside.

Tsunade and Shizune nice to see you again" Jiraiya said with a grin.

Jiraiya-sama" Shizune said as she went to huge her surrogate uncle.

What are you doing here pervert" Tsunade asked bitterly

I came here to get you because you are elected the new Hokage of the leaf village" Jiraiya said.

Not interested" Tsunade said.

You don't really have a choice in the matter" Meiko said as Satsuki nodded in agreement.

And who are you" Tsunade asked.

These are my students Satsuki and Meiko who were able to defeat and kill Orochimaru" Jiraiya said as Tsunade and Shizune eyes widened in shock.

No way these two brats were able to kill Orochimaru of all people" Tsunade said in shock.

You bet we did Dattebane" Meiko said excitedly.

What did you say" Tsunade asked.

Umm you bet we did Dattebane" Meiko said confused.

Tsunade and Shizune eyes widened as they remember one person who used to say Dattebane as they both glared at Jiraiya who was sweating nervously.

Explain" Tsunade said as her voice was dripping with venom.

Um Sayuri and Meiko could you please go and look for a hotel for us" Jiraiya said nervously as Meiko and Satsuki nodded as they left the bar.

Explain why did Meiko say Dattebane and why does she look like a mini Kushina" Shizune asked.

Well that's because she is the daughter of Minato and Kushina" Jiraiya said.

What but the council said Kushina kids died in the Kyuubi attack" Tsunade said.

Wait kids" Jiraiya said in confusion.

Yes a good friend of my who helped Kushina during the pregnancy said that Kushina gave birth to two baby girls so where is the other one" Tsunade asked.

Well I don't really now where the other kid" Jiraiya thought as he made a mental note to look into that situation later.

Either way the reason the council told you that Meiko was dead because in there eyes they saw her as the Kyuubi so they tried to make her life a living hell for the past thirteen years until they finally got arrested for help Orochimaru" Jiraiya revealed.

Serves them right does she know I'm her godmother" Tsunade asked with worry in her voice.

Yes she knows and at first she was mad but after hearing what the civilian council told you she couldn't stay mad at you" Jiraiya said.

Did she learn about you being her godfather" Tsunade asked.

Yes and let's just say as punishment she threw me in the girls spa" Jiraiya said as he shivered at the memory.

Tsunade and Shizune burst out laughing as Jiraiya grumbled some profanities.

I think I will return to the leaf village" Tsunade said as Shizune and Jiraiya were shocked.

Really" Jiraiya asked as Tsunade nodded.

Yeah the only thing that was preventing me from coming back was the civilian council and their ridiculous demands but since they are in jail now I'll think return back to the leaf village" Tsunade said.

Jiraiya was about to say something until Meiko and Satsuki burst into the bar with a panicked expression.

Umm uncle Jiraiya you might want to come outside" Meiko said as Jiraiya eyes narrowed as he sensed thousands of Chakra signatures outside.

Jiraiya do you sense that" Tsunade asked as she stood up.

Yeah and I don't like it" Jiraiya said.
