Itachi growled as he looked around and saw he was completely surrounded and to make matters worse he was injured badly so he couldn't even fight back if he wanted to.

Satsuki eyes widened in shock was her father really that desperate that he was willing to work with two of Konoha's most dangerous traitors just to restore the Uchiha clan to its former glory.

Yes the uchiha clan at that time was beyond saving except for two people Satsuki and our mother mikoto both of who I spared" Itachi revealed as Satsuki eyes widened once she heard that.

M-mom she is alive" Satsuki asked as Itachi threw a scroll at Satsuki which she caught.

She is sealed inside of there but she is in a coma so bring her to Tsunade-sama for medical attention" Itachi said as he coughed up more blood.

That night I killed every single uchiha with the help of my girlfriend Izumi who is also sealed inside that scroll" Itachi said.

Izumi-neechan she's alive" Satsuki said as her mind was working overload to process the information she was hearing.

I spared Satsuki because I wanted her to be the one to avenge the Uchiha clan by killing me and by doing so she would be able to open a fresh new chapter for the uchiha clan, so that's why I wanted her to hate me" Itachi revealed as Meiko and Naruhi eyes narrowed once they heard that.

Itachi was silent as he was contemplating everything, maybe he was wrong in assuming Satsuki would be the one to restore the Uchiha clan to its former glory.

Maybe Meiko and Naruhi was right, its time to let the uchiha clan finally die.

Itachi began coughing more blood as immediately Satsuki was worried.

Onii-san what's wrong" Satsuki asked.

I have a incurable disease that was slowly killing me from day one" Itachi asked as everyone gasped in horror.

I was doomed to die no matter what I did" Itachi said as he looked at Satsuki and said.

Satsuki can you please take my sharingan eyes and use it for good" Itachi said as he gave on last smile before he died leaving Satsuki to mourn the lost of her older brother.
