Chapter 19

**Scar's POV**

Ahahahaha, Matthew, you're so predictable. You think you're so clever, don't you? But I know the truth. Alexander and Dantae, my dear friends, have been working for me all along.

You see, they started out as agents of your precious organization, but they soon realized that our cause was just. They saw the true nature of your kind, and they knew which side they wanted to be on.

And now, they're here, working with me to take you down.

Matthew's eyes narrowed at me, his face twisting with rage. "That's not true," he spat.

But I just laughed. "Oh, yes it is," I said. "Alexander and Dantae are my loyal soldiers now. They've seen the light, Matthew."

Alexander and Dantae stepped forward, their faces calm and confident.

**Alexander's POV**

Scar's words cut deep, but we knew we had to set the record straight. We'd been working undercover for a while now, gathering intel and waiting for the perfect moment to strike.

But it wasn't until we met Shana and Shameka that everything changed. They were kind and brave, and we saw the good in them. They became like family to us, and we knew we couldn't betray them.

"Scar," I said firmly. "You're wrong. We've been playing a role for a long time, but we've also formed bonds with these people. They're our friends."

Dantae nodded in agreement. "We know what's right and wrong," he said. "And we won't betray Matthew or the girls."

Scar sneered at us. "You're fools," he spat. "You're just pawns in my game."

But we stood firm, united in our determination to protect our friends.

**Matthew's POV**

I felt a surge of anger at Scar's words, but I knew I had to stay calm if I was going to get Shana and Shameka out of here alive.

I glanced at Alexander and Dantae, my eyes searching for any sign of deception. But they looked back at me with sincerity in their eyes.

I knew that Alexander and Dantae had been working undercover, but they'd also formed bonds with Shana and Shameka. They wouldn't betray us.

"Let them go," I growled at Scar.

Scar snarled at me. "You'll never take them from me," he said.

But I knew I had an advantage now. With Alexander and Dantae on my side, I was ready to take down Scar and his Vipers once and for all...
