Chapter 35

**Shameka's POV**

As I sat in the common room, watching the footage of the figures again, I couldn't shake the feeling that we were in danger. Those figures had attacked us before, and it seemed like they were back.

I glanced over at Matthew, who was sitting next to me, his eyes fixed on the screen. He looked concerned, but I knew he was trying to stay strong.

Lilith and Ashley were huddled together on the couch, their faces pale and worried. Alexander was pacing back and forth, trying to come up with a plan.

I stood up, feeling restless. I needed to do something, but what?

I walked over to the window, looking out at the darkness beyond. It was as if the night itself was watching us, waiting for its chance to strike.

I turned back to the others, my mind racing. "We need to talk about this," I said. "We can't just sit around and wait for them to make their move."

Alexander stopped pacing and turned to me. "What do you propose we do?"

I took a deep breath. "We need to get out of here. We need to get away from this place and figure out what's going on."

Lilith looked up at me, her eyes wide with fear. "But where will we go?" she asked.

I shrugged. "I don't know yet. But we can't stay here. We're sitting ducks."

The others nodded in agreement, and Alexander spoke up. "Okay, let's make a plan. We'll pack our bags and leave tonight."

As we started making plans, I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. We were leaving behind everything we knew, but what choice did we have?

And as we packed our bags and prepared to leave, I couldn't shake the feeling that we were being watched...
