Hobi wasn't completely sure what he was feeling but it was definitely the best feeling he had ever had in his life. He felt like he was floating on a soft cloud that wrapped around him covering him with warmth and with an amazing smell that smelled so clean and fresh.
He digged his fingers into the soft cloud and clutched the softness between his fingers so tightly that his fingers ached from how he tried hard not to let go so that he wouldn't feel the dream slipping from his fingers to make way for reality. He didn't want to wake up touching the hard concrete floor or feel the ruff texture of the old mattress with the floor still digging into his side or back from how worn out the mattress already was.
Just a bit longer...
He sighed happily wondering how he ended up with such realistic dream after all his horrid nightmares but a small tingle in his brain told him something felt strange, not wrong necessarily but definitely off from how a drean should be.
He really didn't want to question it and simply wanted to only enjoy it but it really felt like something was odd, if he pushed himself to think more of it then it felt more like something was missing in the dream almost like there was something that would make the dream much more better and would explain everything to himself more.
What was it? What was he forgetting-
Hobi felt his body stiffen instantly as everything crashed over him without any holding anything back and the worst thing was knowing that if he suddenly opened his eyes it would make him realise the truth in everything that he remembered. His hands clutched harder into the softness underneath him and the comfort that hovered over him was replaced by fear and a cold shiver down his spine knowing where ever he was it certainly wasn't his room anymore.
The warmth was something he had never felt before and he didn't understand where he was or how he got here. All he knew was that he had seen the magnificant sight of the sky and the grass before he passed out. He also remembered feeling he was safe enough to let go so he truly hoped he was in a safe place with his friends near him.
Hobi felt the sleep evade him more and more until he finally felt the achy pain in his body again even if it felt strangely better and not as painful as before. He took in a deep breath feeling the air fill his lungs a little easier but still made him let out a wheezy cough when he inhaled too sharply.
The place he was in was still silent so he assumed he was alone which was both comforting and terrifying at the same point. Taehyung, Jungkook and Jimin would have said something at this point and he wasn't sure if he was happy that he was alone for a bit or if he was terrified of being alone once again and now in a new environment.
With no confidence at all and a heart frozen inside of his chest from fear he tried to tear open his eyelids. The movement was slow and when he saw light breaking his vision he closed his eyes instantly in shock of the burst of light. It wasn't like the light of the sun nor the light of the flashlight but it was a more yellow toned light that flashed infront of his eyes. A spark of curiousity hit him at the idea of discovering the new light so he started opening his eyes slowly again but directing his gaze more downwards and with more slitted eyelids.
With a few blinks to get the blurriness out of his sight he was stunned in silence when his vision cleared. His eyes grew wide not caring of the sudden strain to his pupils as his gaze froze on his surroundings.
What in the world? Did he actually die?
Nothing could explain the sight he was met with and he held his breath letting his eyes dart around in pure bewilderment and disbelief. He most possibly did die since he was sure whatever he saw couldn't be real at all.
