For the past week Reece has taken care of his daughter, Leila, with the help of Tatiana whenever she was free. Now it was time for Leila to go home to her mother's— but Reece had to go to training. "Babe I don't know if I can take her— it's early for that." Tatiana said with a sigh.
Reece groaned as he packed Leila's bags, he knew that Leila wouldn't be too fond of him leaving, and it's not like he wanted to go either, the only people he really ever liked anymore were Tatiana, Leila, Freda and his team and of course, Rugby but Tatiana and Leila came above all else.
"Come on babe, I can't be late." Reece said as he stuffed Leila's onesies into her bag. "It would be so awkward!" Tatiana tried to explain as she did Leila's hair in a high ponytail.
Reece groaned as he picked up the now done up bag and looked at Tatiana who did Leila's hair, he loved how well the two girls got along. It made him so happy. "Please Tati.." Reece pleaded as he pouted and looked at her with puppy dog eyes, knowing she'll just give in. "I don't even know where Freda lives." Tatiana said as her last attempt to try and get out of it.
Reece groaned, a bit frustrated at Tatiana's attempts to get out of it.
"Please love..don't do this..." Reece said as he walked over to Tatiana and wrapped his arms around her waist, resting his chin on her shoulder. "I'll even help pay your rent next week." Reece mumbled into her ear, hoping that'll finally convince her. Tatiana looked up from her spot on the couch and laughed in a joking way as Leila went to go watch tv. "Should let me move in with you."
Reece chuckled at Tatiana's joke as he leaned against the couch, watching Leila sit down and turn on the TV before looking back at Tatiana.
"What? You can't handle the idea of living together?" Reece said in a joking tone, crossing his arms as he smirked, raising an eyebrow. "Well I mean we haven't really talked about it.." Tatiana gave a shrug as she giggled lightly.
Reece chuckled at Tatiana's response, a soft smile appearing on his lips, "Yeah I guess we haven't." He said as he wrapped his arms around her waist again and gently pulled her up as he sat up, placing her at his lap.
"How about we talk about it now then?" Reece said, his hands moving and resting at Tatiana's waist. "Because you've got training and Leila has to go to her mother's.." Tatiana sighed as she explained it to Reece.
"Can we just pause time for a bit?" Reece said as he groaned in frustration, wanting to talk about this as he knew it was really important. "Babe, please just a minute or two, Leila will be fine watching tv." Reece said with a pleading tone, knowing Tatiana was gonna say no.
Tatiana gave him a kiss before standing up. "We can talk about it later tonight, how about that?" Tatiana smiled before grabbing Leila's bag. "I can drop her off, but I don't have Freda's number can you send it to me? And her address?"
"Fine.." Reece replied pouting as he took out his phone and scrolled through his contacts for a few seconds before sending the number and address to Tatiana's phone.
"Oh babe, can you put Leila's car seat in my car? Or do you want me to take your car and you drive mine?" Tatiana questioned with a smile on her face. Reece chuckled and stood up from the couch, taking the bag from Tatiana's hands, making sure the baby's bag was comfortable in his arm before he began walking over to the front door, looking back at Tatiana and rolling his eyes playfully.
"I'll put it in your car myself, c'mon princess." Reece said as he smiled, a soft chuckle escaping his lips. "Not letting me drive your car is a red flag just so you know. Toxic as heck." Tatiana said in a teasing voice as she smirked, walking out of the front door and towards the elevator while holding Leila's hand.
