(Yay!)
The fake sun was the same as yesterday, the employees still not finding anything to celebrate.
The critters had gotten to go to their houses for the night yesterday. All managing to get a glance at Catnaps house.
It was designed like a cat tree. It had a porch on the front side that held a latter so that the critters who couldn't jump or climb could get to the door. It was purple as well with cat ears on roof.
All and all Dogday thought the house matched the cat perfectly.
Currently Catnap was yet again sitting on the tree branch, watching the children run around with the rest of the critters.
He flinched every so often, covering his ears.
Catnap was still nervous to be down there, but he would go down if anyone told him too.
So far he had figured out Crafty, Bobby, and Bubba. They were completely safe, so he didn't have to worry about them.
Craft was just a artistic girl. Who was very shy and timid, but if she got comfortable with you then she was really sweet.
Bobby was a compassionate person. She would never pick a side, unless the side was for the greater good.
Bubba was a very smart elephant, and he could remember almost everything. If you were trying to hide something you would have to stick to a certain story, or else he would easily catch you changing it.
Although he couldn't get a grip on the rest. Dogday seemed simple, but Catnap could tell that there was something hidden beneath his cheery exterior.
Kickin' and Hoppy were just all over the place. And he just hadn't had enough time with Picky yet.
He was working on it though. Ever so slowly he got closer to what they hide.
It might sound creepy, but that's just what he did.
The care takers had noticed this and tried to stop it, but they had clearly failed.
Catnap was still puzzled about the getting-lost-in-the-factory-thing but he couldn't dwell on it now.
Why? Well, he saw Dogday running over to him his tail wagging like crazy.
"Catnap! Come play with us!" He shouted up into the tree.
Catnap didn't answer he just slid down, landing elegantly next to Dogday.
Dogday grabbed Catnap's hand leading him over to everyone. "Alrighty! What should we play friends?"
—————(Many Hours Later)—————
After the day was over (literally everything they had to do with the kids today was done) Catnap sat alone.
It was now around 'sunset'. When the fake sky would turn an orangish color, helping the transition to nighttime.
He was at the tree he seemed loved so much, processing everything that he knew. Picky seemed to think about food quite often, that's not a bad thing either.
