Dogday's wrists were still tightly strapped to the wall behind him, just like they had been ten years ago.

He had remembered trying to use his legs to get out, but now that idea was hopeless.

He looked down to his stomach, his lower half was completely gone. The only thing that gave evidence that it had ever been there was the sickening blood and organs that hung out of his body.

His harsh breathing was the only thing heard, until footsteps started to echo through the hallway.

Dogday swallowed, preparing to yell. Catnap had visited him before, and every time the cat asked the same thing.

"Join me, and my god." The dog mocked quietly as the footsteps got louder. Soon enough, the cat came into view.

His open mouthed smile, and murderous eyes still the same. The cat's clothes were ripped and bloody, and so were the dog's.

"Dogday..." The cat said, his voice was like a whisper.

"What do you want?" The dog asked, his voice much louder than the cat's.

"Join us. Join my god, stop being a foolish child." Catnap said.

"One, I'm not a foolish child. And two, I'm not going to join you!"

The cat got closer to him, his purple tail wrapping around Dogday's left forearm. Catnap put his paw on Dogday's chest, and tilted his head to the side.

Dogday stared back at him. Then Catnap's famous smile dropped, the cat's ears flattened.

"Dogday, please?" Catnap said, his voice was now back to normal, his eyes showing something that the dog missed.

"I just want what's best for you." Catnap continued, with a normal and sweet smile.

"Bullshit." The dog said through gritted teeth. The cat flinched a little, the dog had figured out that's what he did when he was surprised.

He must have picked up the habit to make the dog feel guilty, at least that's what the dog thought.

"I thought we weren't allowed to use foul language." The cat said, in fake surprise.

"Fuck off."

The cat laughed a little. "What will you do if I don't?" The cat tapped the dog's nose, an evil grin on his face.

The dog remained silent. "Oh, come on! I want to know! Won't you tell your precious Moonshine?"

"Go away you asshole!" Dogday yelled, losing his cool. The cat flinched again.

"Don't bite the hand that feeds you, heretic." The cat said, with his eyes narrowed.

"Then maybe I should bite you because at this point I don't even know why you keep me around." The cat's eyes widened slightly.

"I keep you around because I can. It is not your choice."

"Well it should be! All my friends are dead, and you killed them!" The dog caught his breath as the cat raised an eyebrow at him.
