(Happy almost Halloween.)

"Do you think he's chasing us?" Bubba yelled to Bobby, keeping a steady pace while he ran.

"I don't know, but based off of what our conversation was we want to get as far from him as possible." She answered, running a little faster than the elephant even though she had an injured foot.

"Shouldn't we always want to be far from him?" Bubba asked under his breath.

Then without warning, a purple cat dropped from the ceiling, right in front of them.

The two critters screamed, trying to run the other way. Though a strong purple tail wrapped around them, dragging them back to the cat.

As she was yanked back Bobby dropped her knife, a loud clashing sound echoing through the hall. Catnap slightly flinched, and covered his ears with a hiss.

"Stupid..." He quietly muttered, though he trailed off after a single word. He took his paws away from his ears, he then glared at the two critters he had trapped.

"Catnap, nice to see you. If you could just let us go-" Bubba began, trying to trick the cat in some way.

"Don't even try it." He interrupted, his claws poking out of his paws with a soft slash like sound.

"Oh..." Bubba sounded out, knowing it would be very stupid to talk at this moment. Bobby just glared at Catnap as the feline continued to look at the elephant.

Eventually, Catnap met Bobby's eyes. He stared back at her for a while, his eyes questioning and curious.

"What?" He finally asked, one of his eyebrows raising.

"Let us go." She firmly stated, doing her best to leave no room for any form of argumentation.

"How about no." Catnap said, crossing his arms. His tail was still tightly wrapped around the other critters, making them unable to move.

"Catnap, this isn't right. Just let us go." Bobby told him, her glare slightly weaker.

"This isn't right? This isn't right for who? In what context is this not right?" Catnap questioned, with a few laughs here and there.

Bobby didn't open her mouth, she just tried her best to seem intimidating. The feline slightly chuckled, booping the bear on the nose with a sharp claw.

Bobby slightly gasped, her eyes closing tightly with tears threatening to spill.

When the cat took his paw away a small little cut could be seen on her nose, it began to bleed quite quickly for how small it was.

"What? Did you lose your voice or something? Where is that stern bear that was just trying to tell me what to do? Honestly it's just pathetic." He teased.

"At least she doesn't harm people, and have fun with it!" Bubba yelled, aiming the insult right at Catnap.

Catnap hissed, his attention quickly turning to the elephant.

"Want me to tear off another part of your arm?!" He yelled, not joking in the slightest.

Bobby just stared at the ground, the tears growing and filling her eyes.
