MePad didn't know how to feel as he watched MePhone4 rambled on, the phone clearly distressed. Even if he was doing his best to conceal it. MePad didn't know how to feel at the moment...
MePhone4 quickly finished up his ramble, the phone started to hurry away from the gathered group of Objects. Giving only a small gesture for MePad to follow him... The gesture weirdly came out more as a suggestio, then a demand.. at least in MePad's opinion. However, MePad still found himself moving forward, entering the forest with the frantic phone.
The leaves provided shade from the blazing sun, dappled light casted upon MePad and MePhone4. The grass tickled at his feet, providing a nice comfort for them.
MePad doesn't know why he followed MePhone4, even when everyone yelled for them to stay. Their argument fading out behind him as he stepped deeper into the woods. MePad decieded to start walking faster, catching up to MePhone4 easily. As the two now walked side by side, through the forest.
MePad threw a confuse glance over at MePhone4, who seemed lost in thought, his digital eyes stared out towards an unforeseen thought... or figure... MePad feared the latter.
MePhone4 led both of them, on a pre-determine path. Cutting through the trees, not bothering to follow an actual pathway. But MePad knew he could trust the phone, MePhone4 had been living on this island for a long time. The same as MePad- MePad's own first memories were of this island... what was Meeple like?
MePad remembered being trapped in that cave, all alone, for ages. Letting MePhone4 go out exploring, so he could get a taste of the area around them. So they could stay safe, as he used to say.
MePad had always asked him what they needed to stay safe from... MePhone4 would shrug, say its just a feeling he has.. then leave.
MePad was fine to stay back in the cave, still coming to terms with being in an 'active' state. Plus.. even MePad could tell he wasn't all there yet..
It didn't matter anyways, MePad was fine to wait for MePhone4 to come back by the end of the day. He knew MePhone4 would return, with plenty of tales to tell.
MePhone4 had always loved to share the stories about all the adventures he went on during his time exploring. The Phone would go on and on about all the things we saw, all the experiences he had.. MePad became wistful at the memory of it.
Once MePhone4 got his show, the stories became grander. The phone would just ramble on about the latest episode, info bombing MePad with unnecessary details. That MePad just took in, he hadn't seen the other so passionate about something before. Inanimate Insanity had become MePhone4's life, he talked, breathed, acted, lived, solely for the show.
MePad recalled the days where he have to pry the other away from his work. Back in the days, when MePhone4 would have late those night sessions. Working on the show religiously, MePad did it as he knew not letting your systems rest wasn't optimal.
Robots must always stay optimal.
MePad trailed his gaze back up to MePhone4, watching the phone step over twigs, and leaves. As though he was cautious about being heard...
The Phone eventually came with him with a proposition, only a few episodes in to his second season. MePhone4 talked about how displeased he was about the co-host A.D.A.M provided for him, thus MePhone4 came to MePad.
MePad wanted to help MePhone4, he wanted to be there, to be out there. So he agreed.. the rest is history he supposed...
Is Toilet alright? He should be the next Object for MePad to track down.. its been so long.. MePad had to admit.. he missed Toilet...
