"GUESS WHO'S BACK? BACK AGAIN?" Arlina asked as she walked through the hallway and into the living room where her family were all sat. They all looked over at her and their eyes lit up in excitement.

"Oh, my gosh, Arlina! You look amazing! I missed the red." Alice jumped up, running her hands through the redhead's hair in glee and Rosalie ran up to her too, mesmerised.

"Don't ever go blonde again, you were made for red." Rosalie scolded with a smile and Alice rolled her eyes at her sister before hugging Arlina tightly.

"Yeah, you suit that colour way better, sis." Emmett spoke from the couch where he was playing Mario Kart with Jasper, who grunted in agreement, too indulged in the game to even look at her hair.

"Oh no, I think I'm gonna— I'm gonna..." Alice fell to the floor, smiling up at Arlina as she faked passing out to see if Jasper would notice. Arlina gasped, joining in and she pretended to shake Alice awake.

"Is she dead?" A deep voice sounded from the hallway, and Arlina turned her head to look over her shoulder, immediately smiling at the sight of her fiancée stood alone, his hands in his pockets and he held a smirk on his lips.

"Is who dead?" Jasper asked, turning to see Alice on the floor. He jumped off the couch as quickly as possible and he crouched down beside her, ignoring Arlina's squeals of happiness as he rolled his eyes at his wife, "Really?"

"Yes, really." Alice reached up, flicking his nose and he immediately covered his nose with his hand in pain.

"Ha! I win!" Emmett put his hands up in the air and he stood from the couch, turning to look at Jasper with a smug expression, "You're a douche, man."

"Rematch, that wasn't fair." Jasper scowled playfully down at his wife, and he held his hand out for her to grab, which she did. But instead of pulling herself up, she dragged him down beside her before she stood up on her own.

Everybody laughed around them except Arlina and Alec, who were pushed up against the wall, lips on lips. Once they began to notice the couple, they began to groan.

"Dude, what the hell?" Emmett asked, scrunching his face as he looked out the window, anywhere but them.

Esme smiled sweetly towards them, feeling accomplished as she reached up to Carlisle who was stood beside her, his arms around her waist and she pecked his lips lovingly.

Edward and Bella weren't in the room presently, instead they were at their house with Renesmee, doing God knows what.

"I'm sorry, we shall get going." Arlina giggled and grabbed Alec's hand, pulling him down the hallway and outside of the house.

"Where are you taking me?" He questioned with a chuckle, struggling to keep up with her. He had noticed over the time they'd spent together before he left that she was a lot stronger than him — yes, he'd been alive a lot longer than she had, but she was more powerful, she was faster, stronger, more energetic.

"You know." Arlina replied and they stopped abruptly in front of their cabin that Alec hadn't seen in a while.

"You furnished it?" Alec asked, and she looked over at him, smiling at the fact that he was already looking at her with love in his stare. She nodded enthusiastically, he took that as his chance to quickly peck her on the lips before he climbed up the ladders and into their home.
