Update. Finally!

I was studying fervently when I heard frantic knocking against the window. I turned around, exasperated.
I had a really important Arithmetic test tomorrow. Mr. Nickerson was going to call parents of every student with any grade less than B. I had no plans of letting me talk to my dad. I was lost in my thoughts when the thumping started again.
I whipped around, this time anger quite visible on my face. "What in the world is it Jonathan? Can't you see I am studying? I have a test tomorrow, with no plans of getting any grade less than an A. Please leave me alone." I seethed through my teeth. I must have looked horrible because he actually backed off, a scared look on his face.
"I just wanted to tell you that I got in the basketball team. I am sorry. I didn't know you were so busy. I guess I will just go." He skulked back into his room.
I sighed.
His basketball try outs. I forgot to ask him all about them. Some sort of girlfriend I was.
"Jon. Come back. Sorry love. I am happy for you. Really. It is just that, I have to pass this test tomorrow. I have so many projects coming up." I sat with my head in my hands, breathing heavily.
Before I knew it, Jon was through his window and into my room. He snuggled me into a big hug. "You are really stressed out babe. You have to relax. I have seen you. You barely sleep. Half the nights you are awake till late. You are studying too much. You are smart. I know that and I know you will do well. Just relax a bit. If you don't believe me, just take a look in the mirror."I untangled myself from him and had a look. To say I was surprised was an understatement.
I had bags around my eyes. My eyes looked tired and sunken. Exams were coming up in a few weeks. I had lots to cover up. And not to say about projects. Teachers had loaded us with projects in every freaking subject with the deadline being two weeks after exams ended. And I was a super nervous wreck. I had a habit of waking up at night, once my parents were asleep and sit back to study until the wee hours of morning.
Since the volleyball season was coming up, most of the day was spent in practice. Once I came home, I was too tired to study and would fall asleep waiting for dinner. That resulted in me studying throughout the night. Thankfully I wasn't sleepy in school.
I crawled back into my bed, suddenly feeling very tired and dishevelled. Jonathan took me in his arms and kissed me. He bit on my lower lip, slowly, cherishing every moment, the way he knew I liked it. He rubbed small circles on my back, trying to relax me. Before I knew it, I was fast asleep.

CRASH! THUD! CRASH!
I woke up to this loud noises. Mom was out for the day. It was just me and Austin alone at home. Austin had gone to his friend's place, so it was me alone. I jumped of my bed and ran downstairs. My eyelids were still heavy with sleep, but I managed to keep them open. I ran down to the hall and all my sleep vanished.
