15 years later, 2024

FIFTY-FOUR-YEAR-OLD MICHEAL RICHARDSON took another sip of his whisky, looking around the Sir Davis Whisky Bar event in Paris. The venue was decorated with gold pillars, an impressive amount of chandeliers, and there was a long dinner table in the center that would soon seat the plenty of guests that were invited. The wealthiest of the world were in attendance tonight, showing support to a superstar and businesswoman who was opening new doors tonight. Behind him, there was a large fish tank that highlighted some of the world's rarest fish and on the stage, there was a band all dressed in white tuxedos playing classical jazz music.

His eyes landed on his 43-year-old wife, who was too busy taking photos with her personal photographer, the flashes lighting up the room for short moments. She looked like an angel and while the world seemed to lose its saturation, she continued shining. She laughed at something a guest said, nothing but happiness twinkling in her eyes.

While talking to another couple, she looked back at him and waved. He raised his glass to her and the couple that also peered his way.

Sir Davis Whisky was a business project she poured her entire heart into. She named it after her great grandfather which made it so much more personal. Micheal was right beside her through the long nights, and the blood, sweat, and tears. This was a project she had been working on for the last couple of years to pair perfectly with her Cowboy Carter album. The album came out a couple of months ago and has been met with plenty of awards ever since. Beyonce was truly on top of the world. She was in her element and he was incredibly proud of her accomplishments.

"This is some of the best whisky I've ever tasted." Marcus mused next to him, adjusting the tuxedo he wore. Dom agreed with him, shaking his head. "It ain't too sweet but it has a kick."

"It's rye married with malted barley. It's finished in sherry casks and there's hints of fruits with a harmony of spice." Micheal blew more of his cigar out and leaned back into his chair. "It wasn't made to taste like the others, gentlemen."
