Another win for the New York Giants all thanks to Frank. He scored the winning touchdown- again.
He got a call from his step sister.
"Hey Clarisse, what's up."
"Frank, this Thursday my friend Silena's cousin, you know Silena right? Well her cousin is having her broadway debut and she gave me a few tickets and I wanted to know if you wanted to see it."
"Uh what time is it?"
"10 am and its front row seating."
"Fine. I'll be there."
"Thanks Frank! You're the best. Oh and I'll give you an extra ticket for a friend or girl."
Frank could hear the smirk on her face. Don't ask how but he could.
"Haha very funny Clarisse."
"I know bye."
She hung up.
Great now Frank was stuck seeing a stupid musical. He threw his phone back into his bag.
"Hey man who was that?" His teammate Ethan asked him.
"My sister."
"What did she want?"
"She wanted to take me to some broadway musical that her friends cousin is making her debut in or whatever."
"That sucks for you dude."
Frank changed back into his normal clothes and headed out to his car. He drove back to his penthouse.
While he was driving down the street he noticed a small art shop and a pretty girl sweeping up leaves in front.
Frank turned and oarked in front of the shop. He needed some decorations for his house, and maybe a girlfriend.
But mainly decorations.
He stepped inside the shop and looked around. This artwork is amazing, he thought.
The girl walked inside and gasped.
"Oh my god, your Frank Zhang!" She exclaimed, "Um, hi my name is Hazel Levesque you probably don't remember me but we went to highschool together. You were a senior and k was a freshman."
"Well nice to meet you Hazel," Frank said. He could feel himself blushing.
"Great game tonight," she smiled.
"Oh thanks," Frank saw a 54" tv size painting of an African sunset. Hues of purple, orange, and red blended behind a black silhouette of two elephants and a few desert trees. Elephants were Franks favorites.
"Did you paint this?" He asked.
"Yeah, I painted all of these. My friend Rachel does all the sculptures and stuff, and I donall the drawing and painting," she beamed.
"How much is it?" Frank asked.
"Um, well, let's see," she pulled the painting off the wall but almlst dropped it on her foot. Luckily, Frank caught it before it could. He held it for Hazel. She grabbed a tag from the back side of it.
"This one is 60 dollars," she said.
"Only 60?" Frank didn't believe it. It had to be worth more, "I'll give you 150."
Hazel gasped.
"Really?" She smiled.
"Really," Frank handed her a wad of 1's and 5's.
"Thank you!" She was stull smiling, "Have a nice day!"
"See you around?"
"Totally."
Frank loaded his new painting into his car with a smile on his face. He listened to music instead of the usual sports news.
Once he got home he hung up the painting right above his bed. Then he passed out and dreamed of the new girl Hazel.
