Frank escorted Hazel backstage with the rest of the group. Right away the actress who played Eponine hurried to the back and pulled two men aside.

They had a quick conversation. The men shook there heads and the girl looked like she was about to cry, but she quickly wiped it away and greeted the group.

She introduced herself as Piper McLean. Pretty name. Pretty girl. Hazel started to feel a bit nervous. There were other pretty girls here too. Clarisse, Silena, and a blonde woman.

Hazel knew she should worry though. Frank grabbed her hand and Hazel felt her spine straighten. Buttetflies filled her chest.

Silena and Piper hugged, it turns out Piper was the cousin Silena and Frank told her about.

Piper chatted with them for a while and talked with the blond couple.

She spoke with the girl for a few seconds, and then turned to the womans date.

We all jumped.

"YOU!" She screamed, " WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!"

Her face was red.

"Octavian, whats going on?" His date said.

"Nothing Annabeth, just an... old rivaly," he contemplated

"'Old Rivalry?' Really? I never did anything to rival you!"

Before Piper could attack, the other blond man wrapped is arms around her from behind restraining her.

"Jason LET ME GO!" She protested. She seemed to be blushing too...

"Piper, if you get into a fight with an audience member, even if it is Octavian, you might be fired from the cast. Now please calm down and we will deal with him later," be said calmly, also blushing...

"Ahh cousin! How are you? I see you've gotten yourself a little girlfriend!" Octavian taunted.

The lady named Annabeth looked shocked.

"Octavian what is going on!" She demanded.

"She isn't my girlfriend, Octavian," Jason said blushing as red as a tomato. So was Piper, who finally stopped fighting.

Jason let go of her and she walked over to her cousin.

Hazel was a bit overwhelmed by all the commotion- she was feeling a bit light headed.

Frank reassuringly squeezed her hand. Hazel could tell that he didn't like the tention either. Hazel felt like butterflies were swarming angrily in her stomach.

Silena was comforting her cousin, she must've known about why Piper and Octavian didn't get along so well. Hazel wished she could help, she hated it when people were sad, but she barely knew Piper.

"Oh, right I forgot, you're still grieving over Reyna," Octavian said.

"Octavian we should go-" Annabeth said, holding onto his forearm. Right when she said it he swatted her off leaving a red mark on her forearm.

Hazel couldn't stand it anymore. She went over to Annabeth.

"Miss, my name is Hazel Levesque, if he does that to you I don't think he's right for you. I can tell that you deserve better than him. Maybe the reason Piper hates him so much is because he was a bad boyfriend who abused her or something. Honey you seem like a great person, please find someone better than him, I don't like seeing people hurt, and if you ever need me go to Big Apple Art, I own the shop," as she said this the dark haired man seemed to be looking at her.

"Don't worry Hazel, I'm reporting this bastard to the police right now," she pulled out her phone and the dark haired man came over and tapped her on the shoulder.

Annabeth looked to him and then back at Hazel.

Hazel just winked and went back to Frank.

"Um, no need to call the police ma'am, I am one, Percy Jackson FBI," he flipped out his badge, "and I can book him right now if you want me too," he said.

"Percy Jackson? The Percy Jackson? You're pranks were legendary!"

"Annabeth...? Annabeth Chase? Weren't you valedictorian?"

"Yeah!"

The two kept talking and kept trying to remember the place where they knew each other from, Hazel had a feeling this is the first time they talked but she could tell they would talk again.

"Octavian if you mention Reyna again I swear-" Jason started

"Okay okay everyone listen up! I will deal with Octavian later, but right now you guys wanna see backstage, so you're gonna see backstage," Piper said.

Octavian and Jason stopped fighting but Hazel stull felt the tension.

Things got slightly better than a whole lot worse.
