WHEN SAM WOKE ON HIS BIRTHDAY, he was not expecting to be tackled by Manon Grace Wright. He gasped but eventually started laughing, hugging her back.
"You're twenty-six!" She whined, hugging him tight. "Why are you twenty-six?"
"I'm getting older?"
"No! Be twenty-five and not older than me!"
He laughed again. So that's why she was complaining. He was older than her now. "Manon, it's fine."
"Nuh-uh!"
He couldn't even see the girl's face until she looked up, hazel meeting blue. Her eyes were narrowed but her mouth curved up in a light-tipped smile. She tilted her head and grinned wider.
"You're childish."
"I know?"
He groaned, pushing her off. "Go and annoy Colby."
"Well he's twenty-five...so no."
"Dude!"
Manon smirked as she stood from where he pushed off the bed. "By the way, the pictures get worse."
"I hate you."
"No you don't."
