Seki looks over the giant crowd that's filled with both familiar and unfamiliar faces. It's not a new sight. In fact, he has seen it so many times now that he doesn't feel much excitement nor anxiety when standing here.

If anything, he's leaning towards the later. The many eyes that are looking up at him are... scornful.

Seki has seen eyes like these many times before, which is why he can manage to stand here and give them a half-hearted smile, even though he's far from happy.

In his early years after the... accident, he was terrified of even looking up from the floor.

But after feeling recognition and kindness from the Queen, no matter if it was for cloud or what it was for... it was still better than not recieving any attention from the people around him.

Seki looks at the guests one more time, spotting Raiden down there who's almost disappearing in the crowd of black suits.

But Seki would always be able to tell him apart from the rest. Raiden might come off as a tough nut to crack or an arrogant person by heart, but that's far from what Seki is sensing when interacting with the younger.

There's so much more to Raiden than people know, and even more to the look he's currently having... making him stand out like a red tulip among a field filled with yellow ones.

He's special.

But maybe, Seki's perception is simply flawed after years of searching for eyes that would look at him with something other than hatred.

And there he is, sitting by the table and seemingly having completely frozen while looking up at the supreme.

Seki wonders why Raiden looks so shocked, but he can't get to dwell upon it for long. None of the top 10s are allowed a lot of time on stage, because once the rankings are out, the supremes aren't so interesting anymore. The party quickly becomes more important.

So, Seki turns to the Queen and quickly gets down on one knee before getting a hold of her outstretched hand.

He gently places his lips against the back of her hand to show respect. Her hand is cold and Seki can sense that she's calm. Like, unnaturally calm for someone who's apparently attending the most exciting event of her life (even though it happens two times a year, she still describes it as the most wonderful time in her life).

Considering Seki's 'unlimited' abilities, he can feel almost all body parts of a human and supreme moving and working as they go on with their day.

Seki can tell the Queen's hormones apart, her heart rate, muscles and even her blood pressure. So, he can tell that she's calm.

"Mr. Masahiro," the Queen let's Seki hold her hand as he slowly stands up, "It's a pleasure to see you again."

"The pleasure is all mine, your majesty," Seki replies. They have conversations like this almost every ranking month, but Seki doesn't mind, no matter how dry and formal they sound.

He doesn't get to engage in a lot of conversations in his daily life, so he will welcome any interest coming his way.

Well, he guesses that has changed since Raiden showed up.

"You once again took the first place," the Queen smiles, "I'm honored to have you here. Please, enjoy the evening."

Seki bows slowly and let's go of her hand, "I'm sure it will be grand."
