Fifty Six

Waking up to the loud ringtone coming from my phone. I checked to see it was Lizzie, rushing I quickly answered. "Hello Lizzie are you okay." With fear coming from my tone of voice. "I'm okay, are you okay you sound worried." "Yeah um..how was the bonfire." "Amazing, a group of us are heading to the mystic grill and you're coming no it's or buts." "Lizzie but I-" before I could finish she interrupted me. "See you there love you." The call ended and I groaned.

I got up and seen the stake lying on the ground. I've seriously got to put this away before my clumsy self gets hurt. Getting out of the shower I decided to wear jeans with a long sleeve shirt. Heading over to the grill i was welcomed with smiles. "Here she is." Lizzie giggled. We all headed inside the grill. "Oh my god hope. Didn't think to see you here." I walked up to her giving her a hug. "Lizzie invited me actually." We both made a face. "Well that's progress." We both laughed. "Okay everyone settled down." Lizzie said. I seen Ralph and smiled slightly. Mg noticed and had began to down his drink. "Hello everyone." A familiar voice calls out.

I looked up to see it was him. "Oh guys I forgot to introduce my boyfriend. Meet Nathan." She smiled. Everyone eyes lit up and greeted him. "I've gotta used to bathroom. Excuse me." I said quickly making my way there. Using the bathroom I hear the door open. Making my way over to the sink I washed my hands before I can get to the hand dryer I was met with Nathan. "Why the sudden urge to use the bathroom." "Because I had to. Why are you even in here." I furrowed my eyebrows. "Because I can. So seems like Lizzie is my girlfriend now. I've always had a thing for blondes. They taste better." The veins underneath is eyes grew.

"If I find out you're feeding on her again I will come for you." "Aww. I feel flattered." He chuckled. "I will report this to Mr Salztman." "You won't." He hovered over me. "Stephanie." Hope called out as she opened the bathroom door and seen Nathan was in there as well. "Lizzie is looking for you both." She said. Nathan exited and looked Hope up and down. "Nothing happened I swear." I told Hope. "I believe you don't worry." She smiled slightly. Making our way to the table we all ordered. "I am full." Lizzie said as she rubbed her belly. "It's okay babe I can finish your fries for you." He picked a fry and looked at me. Mg and Rafael notices and looks at each other.

I cleared my throat. "Everyone had a good time." I asked. "Yes." Josie says. "Of course I did. I got to spend time with my girlfriend." He winked at me. Hope looks at me and made a face. "Aww thanks babe." Lizzie kisses him onto the cheek. "It's getting late ima start heading back to the dorm now." Rafael says. "Me too." I nodded. "Well okay guys. So are we." Lizzie says. We all got up from the dinner and made our way back to the school. "Everything okay." Rafael asks. "Yes. Just got a weird feeling about Lizzie's new boyfriend." Rafael nodded. "Me too." "I'll walk you to your room." "Thanks." I smiled slightly.

"Well we're here." I sighed. "Thanks again." "No problem anytime." I hugged Rafael and kissed him into the cheek. "See you tomorrow." He nodded. Entering my room I began to take a steamy shower. Getting out I put on my robe. I then hear a knock on my window. I went to check what was it but found nothing. I shrugged my shoulders and began to brush my hair. I felt a cold breeze run by me. I turned to see it was Nathan. "What the fuck. How did you get in here." I yelled. "Shh. Your cousin is next door." He put his hand onto his lip. "Seriously get out Nathan." "Why don't you like me." I made a face. "Really." I chuckled. "Because you're a bad guy Nathan."

"Hey I have feelings too you know." He said touching things that were on my dresser. "Can you not." I slapped his hand. He turned to me and chuckled. "You'rere feisty." "Stay away from Lizzie. She's been through a lot. Hurting her is not the move." "I won't hurt her. But I do see I hit a soft spot for you. It's family." I nodded. "I guess you did. You can do anything you want to me but leave her out of it." "Anything." He smirked.
