The journey to the capital was swift, our forces moving with purpose and precision.
As we neared the Baron's estate, I could feel the tension in the air, a palpable sense of anticipation.
"Into positions" Himejima ordered each soldier.
We split into our designated units, each group moving silently into position.
From my vantage point, I watched as Sabito and Tokito's team approached the southern gate, their movements fluid and coordinated.
Tengen's unit slipped through the eastern side, their presence almost undetectable. Sanemi's reconnaissance team had already infiltrated, providing us with crucial updates on the Baron's movements.
The signal was given, and the assault began.
Explosions and shouts filled the air as our forces clashed with the Baron's guards.
I led the central unit, pushing forward with relentless move. We moved swiftly, cutting through the defenses with precision.
The Baron's estate was vast! but then again, we always knew our targets.
As we breached the inner sanctum, I felt a surge of adrenaline.
This was it.
We were close.
My thoughts were with Shinobu, her strength and resilience inspiring me to push forward.
"Move!" I shouted, leading my unit through the hallways.
We encountered pockets of resistance, but our training and unity allowed us to overcome each obstacle.
Finally, we reached the main chamber.
The doors burst open, revealing Baron Kocho and his closest allies, their expressions a mix of surprise and anger.
Behind them all, I saw Kanae, her eyes widening in shock at the sight of us.
The Baron sneered, his hand resting on a sword at his side. "Tomioka, you're a fool to think you can defeat me."
I stepped forward, my gaze unwavering. "This ends now, Kocho."
"Now... surrender."
He laughed, a cold, mirthless sound. "There is no justice here, only power."
"And you're about to learn that the hard way."
Hard way...
Then.
Before I could respond, the room erupted into chaos.
My soldiers and I engaged the Baron's forces, the clash of steel and the roar of battle echoing around us.
I focused on the Baron, our swords meeting in a flurry of strikes and parries!
