There is the next chapter sorry for the waiting ! Hope you like it
---**Travis's POV**
Knowing that Taylor was coming to my game added extra pressure. I was so grateful that she was there for this match. I was so excited to see her.
**Taylor's POV**
I was getting ready to go to Arrowhead Stadium to watch Travis play. I was nervous about meeting his mom and his close ones. While getting ready, I received a teasing message from my dad: "Go Kelce!" I knew he was talking about Jason, but I was thinking about Travis.
When I arrived at the stadium, they escorted me to the suite where I met Donna, Travis's mom, right away. She was so sweet and adorable.
We chatted for almost the entire game. She told me stories about Travis as a child and now, and she also introduced me to some players on the field when I asked her.
I looked at the field and met Travis's gaze, knowing I was being filmed. I turned my head so the cameras wouldn't see me blush. I smiled and blushed despite myself. It's not my fault the effect this man has on me.
As soon as the game started, Travis's mother laughed while watching him.
**Taylor:** "What?" I asked, blushing, suspecting what she was going to say.
**Donna:** "He's really putting effort into playing. I think he's trying to impress someone here."
I just turned my head to hide my smile.
After Trav's first touchdown, I jumped in the air, clapping. I was so proud of him.
After the game, we left together. Of course, hundreds of photos of us were already on social media, but I felt safe with him.
He suggested I stay at his place, and I agreed. We hadn't made our relationship official yet, and honestly, I was waiting for that. I just wanted to be sure it was mutual.
On the car ride, Travis timidly placed his hand on my thigh. I placed my hand on his. I received a message from Tree saying:
**Tree:** "I think you already know, but photos of you and Travis are circulating. Do you want me to try to get them removed?"
I thought for a few seconds before asking Travis's opinion.
**Taylor:** "Trav?"
**Travis:** "Yes, Taylor?"
My cheeks turned red at the mention of my name in his sentence.
**Taylor:** "Tree, my publicist, she's asking if I want to try to get the photos of us removed. Do you want that?"
**Travis:** "I mean, I don't mind, but if it bothers you, I totally understand."
**Taylor:** "No, it doesn't bother me."
I simply replied to Tree to leave them. She responded with a simple thumbs up.
A few minutes later, we arrived at his house.
He took my hand, helped me out of the car, and led me inside without ever letting go of my hand.
Once inside, he gave me a tour. His house wasn't complicated to remember; I already had some landmarks after just 10 minutes.
He went back outside, emptied the car of his things, and put them away.
**Travis:** "Tay? I'm going to take a shower."
**Taylor:** "Okay, no problem. Can I prepare some food?" I asked, just to be sure.
**Travis:** "Yes, but wouldn't you rather rest? You know, I can cook too."
**Taylor:** "Okay, in that case, I'll wait for you. We'll cook together?" I asked, sitting on the couch.
**Travis:** "Good idea. I'll be quick, and make yourself at home."
I took my phone out of my pocket and started messaging my friends about the game, the atmosphere, and especially meeting his mom.
**Travis's POV:**
While in the shower, I thought of an idea to officially ask Taylor to be my girlfriend. I didn't want to go too fast, but I preferred to do it face-to-face rather than over a screen.
I hurried a bit, afraid Taylor might get bored. I put on sweatpants and a t-shirt and went to the living room. My gaze fell on Taylor, who was laughing while typing a message. Part of me was happy she was there and laughing, but another part of me was jealous. What if she was texting another guy... NO, TRAVIS, Taylor isn't like that, you don't have to be jealous.
I sat next to her and took her hand. She closed her hand around mine and looked at me before we got up to head to the kitchen.
In the kitchen, we decided to make French toasts, quick and easy.
We laughed many times, so much so that we fell behind on the recipe.
**Travis:** "Shall we eat at the living room table?"
**Taylor:** "Yes, of course!"
**Taylor's POV**
Travis makes me feel special and reassures me. On the couch, he put his arm around my shoulders, and I rested my head on his shoulder, my hand on his chest.
**Travis:** "Taylor..."
I sat up to look him in the eyes and turned towards him. He did the same, and there we were, sitting face to face on the couch.
**Travis:** "Taylor, I love talking to you, laughing with you. Spending time with you is probably the best moment of my life right now. You make me feel special, and the chemistry we have is unique. Our relationship feels like a movie. You are the most intelligent, brilliant person, and you're performing so well on your tour. I miss you the minute we part. I think I have feelings for you, and maybe it's too soon for you, but I can't keep it to myself anymore. I felt obliged to tell you. I love you, Taylor, and I want you to be mine. Do you want to be my girlfriend?"
Hearing these words, I felt tears roll down my cheeks. I took his face in my hands before leaning in and giving him a gentle kiss on the lips. He lifted me and placed me on his lap. I wrapped my arms around his neck, and he wrapped his around my waist.
After a few minutes, still on his lap, I looked at him and nodded "Yes" before confirming it out loud.
**Taylor:** "Yes, Travis, yes, I want to be your girlfriend."
He leaned in to kiss me again.
After long minutes, we simply lay next to each other on the couch. One of his hands was in my hair and the other around my waist, my hand on his chest, our legs intertwined.
When he felt I was starting to fall asleep, he carried me like a princess and took me to his bedroom. He brought my bag, but I asked him:
**Taylor:** "Could you lend me one of your t-shirts so I can always have your scent?"
He laughed at my request and went to get one for me. I decided to go to the bathroom to shower and put on my various creams.
Once my makeup was removed, I looked at myself in the mirror. I was afraid of him seeing me without makeup. He had probably already seen photos of me, but still.
I went back to the bedroom, and he looked me up and down. I couldn't help but smile. I climbed onto the bed, which, to my surprise, was super high.
I lay down next to Travis, who opened his arms for me to snuggle in. I wrapped my arms around his neck and draped my leg over him. He put his arms around my sides and nestled his head in my neck. He lifted his head to say, "Good night." I replied, and we kissed one last time before falling asleep in each other's arms.
